Pros: I have been toamy hotel rooms. This one was exceptional in it's cleanliness (everything smelled delightful and was crispy clean) and all facilities in the bathroom were of top quality, as expected. We had all we need for a night with ample room for a couple to spend the night comfortably.

Cons: What can I say, everything was superb.

Pros: We had issues with the bathroom and it was sorted out on the same day with great communication on progress and resolution via WhatsApp. Staff was very helpful advising places to visit and places to eat.

Cons: There were many individuals taking drugs nearby with needles in the street. It didn't feel safe although we didn't have any issues.

Pros: Very easy access from the closest metro station. The hotel entrance is fantastic. I received a very warm welcome. The room is modern and very clean with a refrigerator and everything else you need. The room was cleaned every day and towels were also changed. Communication between myself and the hotel management was very effective and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Booking was very easy, and it was delivered on time. Shower was great and air con wasn't noisy. The terrace was wonderful, calming and free to use.

Cons: The hotel location was a bit scary at glance. There are lots of homeless and drug users behind the hotel. My window view wasn't the best. I wouldn't walk there at night time by myself. Overall, It was a pleasant stay. Had no problems going out at night time. Unfortunately, it is beyond the hotel management.

Best value hotel in Athens

Pros: After 6 weeks of travel in Europe, staying in hotels, this is the best we have come across. Highly recommend. Great staff and facilities. And great value for money

Cons: It was a little confronting seeing drug addicts shooting up in the area.

Pros: Great little studio apartment, 10 minutes walking from monasteriaki and acropolis. Comfy bed, there was a microwave and kettle with teas and coffees. All amenities in the toilet, towels and slippers provided. The room was very clean. All the staff was super amazing and helpful, the really did go the extra mile and their kindness was very much appreciated.

Cons: Unfortunately I could see junkies from my room window at every hour of the day. Although the location is only 10’ walking from the tourist attractions, it’s also very close to one of the worst neighbourhoods in Athens.

Pros: The room was superb, very clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, with a fabulous shower. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast provided was excellent.

Cons: The local area is not great and a little threatening. It is however a short walk to the trendy area of Psyrri.

Clean and modern hotel with generous staff!

Pros: Great room with amenities. Balcony was a bonus. Staff were so helpful and kind and generous. It was also a quick walk away from all the cute bars and restaurants in psyri and monastiraki

Cons: Even though it’s located very close to psyri there were a few characters on the street every night so didn’t feel very safe as a female

I'm satisfied

Pros: The location is ten minutes walk from monastiraki. The neighborhood is difficult so be prepared for that. It didn't bother me though. I was on the top floor in a room facing the street and I didn't hear the road at all. And I'm a light sleeper. The room is renovated like new. The staff was very nice and even let me park my motorcycle in their parking for free. There's always hot water, which is nice because in many apartments in Greece you need to turn on the boiler. The room can be totally dark, only a little light from the front door.

Cons: The only issue I had was the ac took a lot of time to cool the room and then it was freezing it, I wish I could leave it on a little before I come to the room. The bed was a little too soft, might need to be changed. They also made my room only on the first night out of 3 nights, which is not a big deal but kinda strange.

worth every cent

Pros: the location was perfect, yes it is full of graffiti but so is the whole of Athens, Very close to everything, you don't need to stay in Plaka and pay the expensive prices, this place was perfect. Turn right when you leave the hotel, turn left, cross over the lights and on the left you have a wonderful little cafe for breakfast that is more than affordable considering the prices you pay in the centre. A few doors up from the cafe there is a great Chinese restaurant with fabulous food. You can walk everywhere from this motel. It has a beautiful shower i didn't want to get out of. You get more than what you pay for. Would not have wanted to stay anywhere else. If you haven't been to Athens before then i will worn you. It's graffiti city and it isn't very clean so it won't matter where you stay, this motel is great if you want to save some money. Stayed 4 night, and the staff went out of their way to get us to the airport when there was a taxi strike at 3am.

Cons: nothing bad to say but don't forget to buy tea coffee and milk if you need it.

Very good facility with super nice staff!

Pros: The property staff were excellent, very eager to help and genuine. The facility was new, clean and comfortable.

Cons: Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants are not nearby, so you have to walk a bit.
