Relaxing, convenient and fun stay

Pros: Absolutely fantastic facilities, very close to shops and the beach, and the location it’s self was very clean and of very high quality, the owner was very friendly and helpful and communicated well with us. No complaints, very good value for money!

Beautiful apartment, clean, good amenities.

Pros: It was amazing, beautiful accommodation, spacious, clean and I was in shock at the beautiful views the property had as well. Very well looked after and took my holiday to the next level having such a nice apartment to relax in after the days activities especially as it’s a stones throw from the beach too, staff was absolutely lovely as well. Couldn’t fault this place at all, the pictures don’t do it justice! Would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending to family and friends!

Great location opposite the beach and nice new apartments

Pros: We stayed here as we had a wedding at Ktima 48 in Anavyssos and honestly it was a fantastic place to stay. It is a new build with new apartments and clean rooms/facilities. We had a kitchen and a supermarket next door so it’s a great place to stay.

Cons: Our studio apartment had two small air conditioners which couldn’t keep up with the demands of the outside 40 degree weather. They kept our room at a constant 28-29C and couldn’t cool it any further but I don’t know if the weather outside was normal or not. During any other time of the year this wouldn’t have been an issue.

Pros: Such a nice place! New apartment. We stayed for one night. 25 min from the airport. Very good location. The place is imaculate clean! Close to the sea. Close to tavernas. The host even sent me recommendations what to visit and where to eat in town.

Pros: The proximity to the beach is brilliant, really modern. the self catering facilities were really good. The bed was really comfortable and the balcony overlooks the sea (ish)

Pros: Great location - very new and clean - easy parking - supermarket, coffee shop and restaurant close by and 5 minutes walk to the beach. Perfect.

Pros: Completely new!!! Everything was new and of High quality!!! I loved the smell of the bedsheets!!! The most important: Next to the sea!!! Just 50 meters from the best and longest (1250mt) sandy beach near Athens.
