Pros: Good location, nice and easy, basic but nicely presented. Hot water, nice and hot :-) Value for money. We only needed something for a day and a half, and it suited us for the duration and location. Entry direct to the unit from the street was convenient and helpful.
Cons: No bin bags, maybe this was overlooked? The air conditioner needs a service/internal clean. The noise of the lift and people entering next door can be heard, but we were not there for long and not a huge problem. Lastly, I recommend sending the lockbox code before check-in, without the need to call to request access details. Thank you for your hospitality and for allowing us to stay, we appreciate it, its a lovely little space in a good area.

Great location, clean and comfortable apartment, wonderful host!
Pros: Location was amazing, just a short walk to the metro and to some nearby cafes and restaurants. Grocery stores very close by also. Apartment itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Wifi was super fast too! The host was very responsive, kind and helpful. Would 100% book again next time in Athens!

Pros: The apartment is very tidy and clean. It is located in a quiet street just a few minutes from Katehaki metro station. I would recommend it for a short stay in Athens.

Great place for a short stay in Athens.
Pros: This is my second stay in the 5min Metro, Sotiria, Iatriko, Semi-Basement. Great value for money place to stay in Athens. The room is big, very clean and has everything you need for a compfortable stay in the city. Highly recommended, especially of you need a budget place for a short stay in the city. The location is very good and you can find a free place to park in the neighbourhood.

Highly recommended place to stay in Athens
Pros: The room is located in a quiet street in the city, very big and offers all amenities that are necessary for a short stay in Athens. From there you can access the city bu walking, although there are public transport options also available. The host was very nice, always answering the questions that we had in a timely manner. Great value for money
Cons: This is not really a problem or something that I did not like, but just a recommendation, you might need to drive around the place to find a parking place, which is free in the area. If you are travellling by car, I recommend to either search upfront or ask the host in order to have an option in case you cannot fina a place.

Work stay in Greece
Pros: The host was really helpful, everything was clean and tidy up. It was nice to find some coffee. The bed was comfy, good for the price. Perfect for a couple of days of work. There was even an iron table, so great for that.
Cons: Maybe the bathroom was too small, taking a shower will leave everything wet. Wifi was working on my pc, but for some mysterious reason, I wasn't able to connect my phone to it.

The owner was nice and communicative when we could not find the right locker for the key, she responded quickly even though it was late at night. Pros: Velká pohodla postel, plně vybavena kuchyňka, celkově je to takové útulné místo) cca 10 min pěšky na metro
Cons: Velká vlhkost v celém pokoji, malý sprchový kout (vše teče na podlahu)
