Great stay with good location
Pros: The location is the best, very close ro metro station, lively market, busy streets also very clean and big rooms
Cons: As it is touching a busy street, most of the times here is roadside singing or other performances till late night

Overall, a great experience!
Pros: The location of the property is excellent - right in the heart of everything! Many attractions are within walking distance, and the area is full of life. We were initially concerned it might be too noisy due to the central location and some reviews, so we brought earplugs just in case. We only needed them on the first night as we went to bed early - the rest of our stay was absolutely fine. While there’s some background noise and music, it generally quiets down by midnight and we slept well. Communication with the hosts was easy. Their office is located in the same building, and they were very helpful throughout our stay. Normally, check-in is done in person, but since we arrived on Easter Day, we used self-check-in - which was simple and straightforward. On our check-out day, we also used the office to store our luggage before our flight, which was very convenient.
Cons: The main issues with sleeping were more related to the bed and the light. While there are blackout curtains, they don’t fully block the light, so having an additional window covering would make a big difference. We ended up buying sleep masks, which helped. As for the bed, we’re not exactly sure what the issue was, but it wasn’t very comfortable - every small movement made the whole bed shake, which disturbed our sleep. Also, the floor was quite cold, so providing disposable slippers would be a nice touch for added comfort.

Great Location, Comfortable Stay, but Noisy Nights
Pros: The room itself was fantastic - spacious and clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and the room was well-maintained. The location was absolutely ideal! Situated right in the heart of Athens, everything was within walking distance—historic landmarks, charming cafes, restaurants and shops.
Cons: It was extremely noisy at night. The bustling streets, lively nightlife, and occasional traffic sounds made it challenging to get a good night's sleep. For light sleepers, this could be a significant inconvenience.

For single, good choose not family
Pros: Good price for room. Althought I mention issues, for single guy, otel is acceptable level and clean. It is located in centre of the city.
Cons: I didnt feel safety in building because of too old elevators and its door and all around someone could reach your room without passing ant security personnel.. Windows were old and all voices from street always come inside. All street shops hold lighting on position during the night and you can not prevent lighting inside the room. I think it is okey for single but not for family.

Pros: Excellent apartment, excellent people, they are helped us with everything and we really enjoyed from the experience. We want to note that the luggage storage service very good and helped us to continue the trip after the check out
