Nice place

Pros: Everything was perfect. Easy communication with the owner . Very good location, near the beaches , the marina, bus, and tram stops. Easy access to town centre and the airport. . The apartment, you have everything you need, comfortable bed, balcony, a lot of space, and all the appliances. Would definitely come back. Thank you.

Pros: Absolut tolle Lage. Busstation allgemein und Flughafen-Express, Straßenbahn, Supermarkt, Taverne, Marina Alimos - alles wenige Schritte entfernt. Das Appartement - mit südlichem Balkon - größzügig mit allem Komfort. Kontakt per Chat sehr herzlich aber Schlüsselübernahme leider nicht persönlich - jedoch ausführlich beschrieben und komplikationslos. Wir danken für den Aufenthalt!

Pros: L'appartamento era pulito e aveva tutti i comfort perfetto se si vuole stare tranquilli in spiaggia ad alimos, atene é ben collegata con tram e bus e le fermate sono molto vicine all'appartamento . Tutto perfetto!

Good value for money, great location!

Pros: Loved the location! Very close to the marina and about 15 min walk to the beach :)

Cons: One has to turn on and off the water heater switches, the shower goes from cold to burning hot, the bed sheets could be newer, cooking utensils too, for example pan looked ancient. There is a feeling that with a bit of investment this could be a 5 star place.

Pros: Το δωμάτιο είναι ευρύχωρα και ήσυχο πολύ. Είναι πεντακάθαρο και περιποιημένο. Το κρεβάτι είναι πολύ άνετο πράγμα σπάνιο για ενοικιαζόμενα.

Cons: Το internet είναι αργό. Προσωπικά δεν με ενδιαφέρει αλλά θεωρώ ότι μια αναβάθμιση είναι απαραίτητη
