Monastiraki Urban Apartments

Nice place and great location.

Pros: It’s in a great location. The room and beds were comfortable and a good range of kitchen items should you need them.

Cons: Top tip is to ensure you’ve confirmed arrival time an hour before arriving to ensure a host meets you. We were travelling and didn’t do this until we were there ( wrongly assuming there would be a key lock) so had to wait a little while for the very helpful host to let us in. We also fed back about an issue with the shower and owner confirmed they would look at it.

Pros: Chris met me when I arrive. Very kind and helpful guy. Thanks to him. Apartment was clean and well designed. Location was perfect, in the very center.

Cons: When you want to invite some of your friend, you can not open the entrance door from inside the appartment. The code for entrance is not given to guests. You are given only the key for it. So you have to go down stairs all the time in order to open the entrance door of building for your visitor.

Very nice apartment in the very center of Athens

Pros: Big clean and comfortable apartment in the very center. Comfortable beds, nice design, helpful hosts. Soundproofing was good, inspite of the central location the only noise we heard was from the church bells. Very nice restaurants just next to the apartment.

Cons: There is a church nearby and although soundproofing in the apartment was pretty good the bells still woke us up. Check in is a little bit late.

Fantastic

Pros: It was close to everything. We would step out our apartment and there would be restaurants and bars all around us. No noise at all when trying to sleep.

Pros: The location was amazing, the help from staff was exceptional. Very pleased, great beds, lovely linen.

Pros: We arrived late, but the check-in was still very easy as they have a lockbox system with the keys waiting for you. The apartment is in a great, well-lit, location, near everything you need. the apartment itself was well-equipped, comfortable, and was more than enough for a couple, and also felt very secure. it had good ac (which is important in Athens!), a great bed, a cute living room, and a great shower. BONUS REVIEW we had some personal issues regarding our visit to Athens, and the owners helped us a lot, even coming late at night to help us even though it had nothing to do with our stay, which was very appreciated.

Pros: L'emplacement est exceptionnel. L'appartement se trouve dans une rue piétonne très animée mais il donne dans une cour intérieure donc très calme. Juste en face se trouve un commerce de pizza et tourtes à des prix défiant toute concurrence. Il se trouve à 10 minutes à pied de la place Monastiraki. Très facile à trouver depuis la station de métro qui arrive directement de l'aéroport. L'appartement est confortable et fonctionnel. Seul bémol ce sont les 2 étages avant d'arriver à l'ascenseur mais le calme compense cet inconvénient. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Le lit est confortable bien qu'un peu mou. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le canapé-lit donc impossible de juger.

Perfect spot for 2.5 days

Pros: Alex who met us at the site was great. Very informative on a number of issues and questions we asked. The room was very comfortable and well provisioned.

Cons: All was good.
