Athenian Luxury apartment

Pros: A spacious flat ideal for 3+ people, with two big rooms with comfy double beds plus extra portable beds which we didn’t need. The location is very good and suitable for our needs, close to the metro station walking distance , very close to a bakery shop and relatively near a super market. The owner is nearby and reachable and was kind enough to come and say Happy New Year and bring a cake which was very sweet of him.

Cons: The amenities of the house need replacement i.e. espresso coffee machine and equipment for greek coffee making. In general there was adequate equipment in the kitchen which was good but it would be nice if it was clean and/or new. Finally, we would appreciate if there was a bottle of water waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival since when arriving to a place you know nothing about the neighborhood during the night its tough to go shopping. That being said this is just me, since the pot water of Athens is perfectly drinkable.

Very nice stay, I will definitely come back to stay next time when we visit in Athens.

Pros: Very good location, 7min walk to the supermarket; 10min walk to subway station. Very large space with good price; love the balcony and big living room. The space was very clean. They provide laundry, detergent and hangers so it’s very convenient for traveling. Have own parking; hot water is very strong for shower. The owner was very friendly and helpful, delivered toilet paper and shampoo etc for us to use. Always replied messages very quick, and keep checking if we need anything or help.

Cons: If those windows have net that will be great. The sofa cover looked a bit old. The bathtub bit narrow, hard to turn when take a shower.

Perfect if you visit Athens by car

Pros: Spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment. Everything we needed was available. We booked here because we did not want to drive into the centre of Athens. This apartment comes with a reserved parking spot in front of the apartment (not next to the road, so both your mirrors will still be in one piece the next morning...) The metro is a 10 minute walk and after that it's 15 minutes to the city centre (4,10 Euro for a 24-hour travel card). Plus a bonus: there is a very good bakery just around the corner and a huge supermarket next to the metro station).

Cons: It's really in a suburban area in the outskirts of town. For us, that was on purpose since we do not want to drive in Athens centre. But if you want to be where the action is, you might want to book something that is closer to the city centre.

Αρκετά καλή διαμονή σε μια υπέροχη γειτονιά της Αθήνας

Pros: Το πάρκινγκ ήταν το πιο θετικό του καταλύματος καθώς και η στάση του μετρό που ήταν 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Ήσυχη γειτονιά κατάλληλη για οικογενεια, άνετα κρεβάτια, ωραία θέα και καταπληκτικό μπαλκόνι για να παίρνεις το πρωινό σου.

Cons: Δεν υπήρχε ένας καθρέφτη στο κατάλυμα εκτός από έναν στο μπάνιο που δε βόλευε καθόλου. Ακόμη καλό θα ήταν να υπάρχει χαρτί κουζίνας και ενα μπρίκι της προκοπής να ζεστάνω το γάλα των παιδιών. Αυτό το μπρίκι που είχε το κατάλυμα έπρεπε να έχει πεταχτει χρόνια πριν. Τέλος τα κλιματιστικά στα υπνοδωμάτια κάνουν θόρυβο.

Pros: Εύκολη τοποθεσία κοντά στο μετρό! Πολύ κοντά σε όλες για παροχές !

A quiet, relaxing place to come back to after busy days out in Athens.

Pros: The property was super clean and easy to find. It was easy access to the metro and there were plenty of shops nearby where we could find whatever we needed. I was concerned there would be lots of noise because of previous reviews I had read, but the traffic was hardly noticeable. The staff was great, even allowing us to drop off our luggage before check-in time.

Cons: The crib was broken.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άνετο, καθαρό, σε βολική τοποθεσία κοντά σε μετρό. Προτείνεται για οικογένειες

Pros: Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, Καθαριότητα, Άψογη επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη

Pros: la vicinanza alla metropolitana ,ad un supermercato e ad un fornaio, inoltre la possibilità di parcheggiare direttamente sotto la struttura in un parcheggio riservato all'appartamento.

Cons: il bagno un pò vecchiotto

Οικογενειακή διαμονή κοντά στο Χαλάνδρι και το σταθμό του μετρο.

Pros: Βολική τοποθεσία για να κινηθείς είτε με μετρο είτε με αυτοκίνητο. Άνετο , ήσυχο, καθαρό διαμέρισμα για οικογένειες, με μεγάλους χώρους και θέση στάθμευσης για το αυτοκίνητο.

Cons: Χρήζει μιας μικρής ανακαίνισης / ανανέωσης στο μπάνιο και τα εξωτερικά κουφώματα. Το συνεργείο καθαρισμού πρέπει να κάνει πιο σχολαστικό καθαρισμό σε αρμούς μπάνιου, διακοσμητικά σπιτιού, κάτω από καναπέδες, κρεβάτια κτλ.

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα!

Pros: Πολύ Καθαρό, καλή τοποθεσία, εύκολη πρόσβαση, θέση πάρκινγκ, καλή διαρύθμιση του χώρου, υπήρχαν όλα τα σκεύη που χρειαστήκαμε, ο χώρος ζεσταινόταν πολύ γρήγορα!
