Elegant apartment under the Acropolis

Pros: location was perfect and they’ve got wifi and netflix. Nikos was very helpful with all questions and arranging transfers.

Pros: The location is great, we can walk to most tourist spots. The room is clean. The food, honey and coffee the host prepared for us in the refrigerator for self cooking were very nice. The elevator is small but operates well in this small stairs way. The host is very supportive.

Cons: The bathroom is a bit dark. Some light bulbs went on and off. The kitchen is quite small but understandable concerning the great location of the property.

Awesome place, very nice and friendly people - the owner of the apartment + all people close around!

Pros: Super nice host. Awesome location. Helpful by offering a transportation from the airport and also for going back to the airport. If I come back to Athens, this is a place I can highly recommend and I would stay there again :-) Honestly! Central location, a cool bakery next to the apartment, also a bar and a grocery store, restaurants... really all what you need!!!

Perfect for Athens

Pros: Everything was neat, clean and good quality. The instructions were great and Nikos helped us with a lot of recommendations for restaurants and tours. A really lovely little place to stay while exploring the best parts of Athens!

Would stay again, great location and enjoy Nikos' great hospitality.

Pros: I was hesitant about checking in at 2am and using a lock box to access keys but as it turned out my concerns were unfounded. Nikos had sent through very detailed instructions and pictures of each step informing us of where to get the keys, what the front of the building looked like and where things were located in the apartment. This made our arrival seamless at 2am in accessing the keys and entering our apartment. Easier and quicker than checking in at a hotel with reception.The provisions for our breakfast were already in the fridge and ample and a variety. This was great as we had hungry boys at 2am so having something on hand that was quick and easy was a godsend. Location is spot on. Everything is within walking distance, reastaurants, attractions, shops. Nikos replenished our breakfast supplies upon request. He was also very quick to respond to any of our queries even a last minute request for a transfer which was at a reasonable price too.

Cons: The evaporative air conditioner which although did it's job was a little bit noisy.

Comfortable stay in the heart of Athens at a great location

Pros: Central location, well equipped, well supplied with breakfast foods. Clean and comfortable

Cons: Outside front door keypad had a habit of producing double code numbers when pressed, meaning several tries to gain entrance. Could have done with a small meeting area where we could have sat together

Amazing trip to Athens

Pros: The instructions received by the host were to the point. Every detail was mentioned in the message. The location was perfect and the size of the rooms and the property in general were good. Thank you Nikos for the support.

Pros: fine location, nice host , large and pretty appartment

Cons: POOR breakfast. breakfast was not enough for 3 people for 3 days. There was option for replemisment/ However asking for replenish for one last day is not comfortable. Host could spent 10 more Euros and buy cheese/sausage yogurt milk in advance as it was 3 persons pers 3 days (so quantity of food coould be predicted)
