Spacious apartment in a great location.

Pros: Very good location and modern apartment. It is quite spacious and also has a balcony overlooking the street. Yanni is also a good host, communication is very easy and quick.

Pros: Such a lovely place! Clean, cozy, and perfectly located. The host was friendly and helpful — we felt truly at home. We stayed as a family on our first trip to Athens and it was just perfect. The apartment has a nice balcony, you can easily walk to the Acropolis, and there are many great local restaurants with an authentic atmosphere nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Pros: We loved Yanni´s apartment - the location, the space and the decor. The apartment was fully equipped. The check-in instuctions were clear. Yanni responded quickly if we had any questions. We would love to come back.

Great holiday place!

Pros: Excellent location. Very nice modern apartment with a local vibe. Next to the tourist attractions & many nice reataurants. Very easy to find. Many Rent a car places.... Just fantastic! :)

Cons: If I had to pick something it would be the missing dishwasher tablets and the washing powder, but in all honesty it is not a big deal at all. Everything was just fantastic.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a great area, exceptional service

Pros: Friendly, accurate and prompt communication. Sparkling clean apartment with plenty of space, a full kitchen and balcony with view of the top of the muses hill. Host provided a useful list of local restaurant recommendations and very kindly let us check out late. Self check in was smooth and the apartment was perfect for a relaxing stay in central Athens. It was hot and the air conditioning worked well. Thank you Yanni!

Pros: Apartment was clean and the location was excellent (15 minute walk to Acropolis). Lots of good cafes and restaurants close by.

Great apartment, highly recommend it

Pros: Modern apartment at the foot of the Acropolis. Nice location, close to shop and restaurants in a quiet area.. The apartment is very functional and confortable to live in. The owner is nice and very responsive to messages as well. Highly recommend it.

Cons: The sofa bed for my son could have been made before we arrived as the booking was made with 2 adults and 1 child. We had to open the sofa and make the bed ourselves.

Pros: Very spacious apartment with good facilities including A/C, washing machine and lift access. The location near the Acropolis (and Met) was excellent with excellent food options and a mini/mart very close.
