Cozy renovated flat in Koukaki

For the money, excellent value in a quiet residential area

Pros: Great little flat, relatively close to a Metro station, all the facilities for a short stay were available. Fantastic bars and restaurants a short walk away. Main sites of Athens reached in a 20 minute walk. Enjoyable stay

Lovely weekend in Athens

Pros: Host was friendly and very helpful. We loved both restaurant recommendations. Walking distance from metro, Acropolis, restaurants, cafés. Great vibe in the neighborhood, felt safe. Bed was comfortable. We would definitely book again!

Comfortable stay

Pros: Clean and comfortable, perfect location for us as we were visiting our daughter. Not far from the city centre and all its historic sites.

Pros: The apartment was cozy indeed, comfortable, and well located. Andreas was a good host, alwata checking on us via chat to ensure that we wouldn't have an issue entering and getting comfy.

Wonderful stay in Koukaki

Pros: Friendliness of Andreas and his daughter. Constant communication and help with queries on best way to get tobthe flat and from there to early morning fedyyfrom Piraeus. Location. Nice neighborhood feel. Not touristy . Restaurants very much aimed at locals. Flat itsrlf. What you see is what you get. Comfortable with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect place in cool neighborhood

Pros: Absolutely perfect for a short or long stay in Athens. Wonderful location in the heart of a really cool local neighborhood. The apartment was super clean and smelled nice, and it has everything you need. Andreas was very helpful and responsive.

Pros: Great balcony, kitchen with all needed stuff, the neighbourhood is safe and there are a lot of cafes nearby, check in and check out is very simple, the host is very kind and helpful. We really recommend this place.

Pros: Incredibly thoughtful and caring host! There is everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The location is also perfect.

Cons: The common area on the first floor was very dark - lights are not switched on.

Great location

Pros: A friendly host checked in on us before and during the stay to ensure we were okay. The location of the place is fantastic - walking distance to the city center and the acropolis, right next to a main boulevard with lots of shops. It's also free to park on the street in front of the building.

Cons: Unfortunately, the apartment wasn't well-cleaned when we entered. Also, the water heating system is not very convenient and there weren't additional pillows for the bed, as others have pointed out before.
