Upscale Luxury Athens Renovated Dream Home in One of the most Favorable Locations by National Gardens

Pros: Everything was perfect! Beautiful flat with everything you need. Hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. The snacks and water in the fridge was highly appreciated, specially when arriving with hungry and thirsty kids ☺️ Definitely recommend. We will be back.

Pros: Great location, parking is available close by. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed.

Cons: It was a little bit strange for us that the host had to meet us there. We were rushing from the airport knowing someone had to wait for us to arrive. Our flight was late and we did not arrive at the apartment until around midnight. After we checked in we were asked to pay 30 Euros for arriving in late hours, I was not aware of this when we booked the apartment.

Perfect location!

Pros: Great location. Walking distance to everything. Great size and plenty of room for the four of us to relax. Well equiped kitchen for cooking. Owners super responsive and property very close to Metro.

Pros: Nice and newly renovated appartement. Everything was there. Very central and in a vibrant area.

Pros: The apartment is in a building with a well lit ground floor lobby, so it feels safe. The apartment is well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The water, fruit, and basic items such as tea and coffee etc was gratefully received. The location was good for our needs as this was a business trip. There are shops and some restaurants close by, but the more vibrant tourist places are further away if that is what you are looking for. Bedding and towels are all provided and clean as you'd expect. A lovely apartment.

Cons: It is not a major issue, but a suggestion to have departure instructions inside the apartment regarding keys would be helpful. Also, the information on the booking site said 3 bathrooms. We were expecting 3 rooms with shower facilities as we were 3 people on business. It is why we booked this apartment. However, there were 2 bathrooms and one wc room, which meant a bit of a juggle sharing for showers in the morning. Again, it worked out OK, but the write-up was a little deceiving. If we were in a mixed group, it may have been a bit more problematic. It might be wise to get this updated.

Pros: The Location, number of rooms, bathrooms and basic accommodations plus balconies were exactly what we needed. It was clean, comfortable and the proprietors were very friendly and helpful. It was a great value all around, I would highly recommend staying here!

Cons: A second set of keys or a lockbox could've been very helpful in terms of sharing the keys with your traveling mates. While I could've used some coffee, and perhaps some snacks on hand, they had provided plenty of bottled water and had all the basics you would need to cook with.

Pros: Cleanliness, comfortable, good size rooms, nice outlook, great balcony, proximity to some museums and galleries

Cons: A bit far from the centre of Athens, although lots of museums and art galleries nearby.

Clean. Affordable. Friendly staff. Nice stay.

Pros: Location was near to underground tube station and busses. Owners/managers/maid were extremely nice (although some didn't speak english well to understand). Property was clean and air conditioned. Kitchen was well stocked. Dishwasher was great to have. Kitchen cleaning supplies sufficient and handy. Laundry facility was great. Number of bedrooms and bathrooms was great. Some really good grab and take cafes/bakeries nearby.

Cons: Location/street was not the best (cleanliness around the blocks). Not too many places to eat around without having to navigate further out. Drainage/venting in bathrooms was a problem (running the shower made the water come up the drain/vent which was NOT good). Traffic noise was not that great. Awnings made a lot of noise in the wind.

Pros: good rooms, airy and reasonably quiet. The beds were of good sizes avd very comfortable. The location was favourable.

Pros: The apartment was large, comfortable, beds were large, very clean, nice view.
