Demetra - Koukaki center apartment

Pros: The location of the property was great, on a quiet street and near the metro plus a short walk to nearby attractions. The host was very attentive and was on hand at all time to answer any questions.

Pros: The apartment was excellent. It had all amenities which you require for travel. The apartment is designed beautifully and it has a good taste.

Cons: Maybe easier to find keys. It took us 15 minutes but the staff was very helpful and fast to help. :)

Very good choice for a city break

Pros: Nice designed apartment with electricity saving facility, comfortable bed and sofa, filtered coffee machine and coffee for all, tea, sugar and some fruit jam for rapid breakfast. Quiet and safe neighborhood 9 minutes by foot till metro station SygrouFix, which is 1 station near Acropoli. Easy way to get to almost all Athens attractions. Trusted administration company for the apartment

Cons: The switchboard button for hot water boiler had no english or recognisable sign in order to turn it on but the host did helped us to identify it. The light was fancy but weak for make-up:) Bathroom door need a small repair

Pros: L'appartamento si trova in una zona della città molto viva e sicura. Ha tutti i comfort per una coppia in vacanza e era molto pulita.

Cons: L'acqua calda c'era solo poche ore la mattina e la sera.

Pros: Στα θετικά είναι η περιοχή. Το λεωφορείο απέχει 7 περίπου στάσεις από το Σύνταγμα. Το μετρό είναι γύρω στα 12 λεπτά. Περιοχή ήσυχη και ασφαλής. Το διαμέρισμα μεγάλο.

Cons: Θα πρότεινα στον ιδιοκτήτη: 1) Να τοποθετήσει έναν καλόγερο για τα ρούχα, 2) Να αλλάξει τις κουρτίνες (είναι υπερβολικά λεπτές και μακριές), 3) Να αλλάξει τα φωτιστικά στο σαλόνι και το χολ (εξαιτίας τους τα δωμάτια είναι υπερβολικά σκοτεινά), 4) Να βάλει στο μπάνιο κρεμαστράκια για να κρεμιούνται οι πετσέτες προσώπου και σώματος.

Pros: Ottima posizione nella zona di Koukaki, fermata dei bus verso il centro dietro l'angolo e fermata della metro a meno di dieci minuti a piedi. Inoltre si trova in una zona che offre tutti i servizi - dal supermercato alla farmacia o diversi bar e locali per fare colazione, pranzare o fare una bevuta. Dimensioni perfette, noi eravamo in due, e i letti erano comodissimi. Le chiavi si trovano in un locker fuori l'appartamento quinzi opzione molto comoda. L'host è stato estremamente gentile durante la nostra permanenza e si è mantenuto in contatto per garantire che avessimo tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Lo consiglio molto.

Pros: Очень классное местоположение за приятные деньги. Опрятная квартира, есть стиральная машина. Отзывчивый хозяин.

Cumpriu as expetativas

Pros: O apartamento tem todas as comodidades para uma estadia em Atenas. Utilizámos basicamente para dormir e o custo benefício foi ótimo. A cama era confortável, os lençóis estavam limpos e cheirosos, e tínhamos tudo o que era preciso. Não utilizámos a cozinha, mas estava equipada. As instruções para poder recolher as chaves são claríssimas e a comunicação foi sempre super fácil e fluída!

Cons: A casa de banho é pequena e beneficiaria de algumas remodelações, assim como uma tomada para se poder ligar o secador :)
