Pros: Comfortable room with all necessary things in it. Good and quick contact with staff. Useful lockers for check out.

Cons: You should install bidette next to the toilet, more higenic and usefull. Especially that you have left all used paper in bin. Bed very comfy but sofa not.

Pros: Good location, apartment was well equipped. All good.

Cons: I didn’t like that there was no TV in the apartment. It’s unusual but it was mentioned in the advertisement on booking.

Overall good stay.

Pros: Large property with small apartments almost 1 kms from centre. Near to metro (200 mtrs). You have all that you need in the small apartment. Check in was very smooth. Help available on whatsapp. locker facility available. Clean sheets, comfy beds, working AC's. We had coffee machines with some coffee pods which was nice and couple of water bottles as well.

Cons: It had the necessary stuff except the television. Toilet and bath is attached to kitchen with big 2-3 cms gaps on door which cannot be locked. It was a bit odd when you are with your family. The neighbourhood is very dirty but manageable if you are on budget travel. However the building itself feel new and is very clean (not like the neighbourhood). Dirty underbeds. Cleaning staff probably never vacuumed them.

Pros: location was good close to city center, clean property

Cons: the view from the balcony, actually we were not able to open the curtains to use it due to the neighborhood

Comfortable convenient and spacious

Pros: Clean, comfortable and good facilities, excellent pillows! Very spacious. Luggage storage and hassle free check in. Slept really well!

Cons: Not very soundproof so we could hear other people in the hall, lots of litter blew down onto our balcony from the floors above which we had to clean before leaving as it would look like it was us. The balcony door didn't have a handle on the outside so I nearly locked myself out!

Pros: Very clean, locker service always available, perfect quality and price ratio

Nice clean place - provided what we needed in decent location and would stay again.

Pros: The unit was great - modern/ well renewed - codes to enter building and unit was easy. It was walking distance to all sights.

Cons: The location is just a little bit outside of the old town so was a bit rough, but it was no problem and as advertised. Suggestions for improvements - add some place in the shower to put soap / shampoo while showering. Coffee maker used nespresso/ equivalent - had a couple of pods supplied - asked where we could buy some of these but no one knew where - so instant coffee it was. It was a bit odd to have to run down the street to dispose of the units garbage.

Pros: Thank you very much it is a very wonderful room and I am even thinking about returning to this new hotel next year as things are very new

large clean room

Pros: Large clean room. Short 7 min walk to the lanes with the cafes and restaurants.

Cons: the water leaked out of the shower area into the room. No shelf / hook in the shower area to put anything.
