All good and recommended

Pros: Good clear instructions and communication at all times. Spacious and bright accommodation with all you need and close to facilities and transport. Best of both worlds, close to beaches and trams/buses for getting into Athens.

Cons: All good and only one small issue with a lot of dust under the bed which I noticed when I dropped something.

Great apartment, location and host made our trip better!

Pros: The apartment was clean, with extras provided such as welcome drinks upon arrival, coffee and other pantry items were also available. We arranged for taxi pickup - we received a message that our driver Alex was waiting for us with exact instructions where to find him, Our host Yiannas was wonderful. He was very attentive before our trip, answering any questions we had, even if it had nothing to do with the apartment. He checked on us 3x during our trip to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. Yiannas was also helpful arranging for airport ride when we left Athens. He made our trip easy and enjoyable. Would definitely want to come back to the same apartment when we visit Athens again.

Quiet and well-located 2-bedroom apartment in Glyfada suburbs near tram stop, local shops and beach

Pros: The location was excellent - a 5-minute walk to 2 supermarkets (turn left out of the block, then left again and walk for 4-minutes), a 5-minute walk from the nearest tram stop into the centre of Glyfada (walk down the road Panopis opposite the block and Kolymvitirio tram stop is right there) and a 15-minute walk into both Glyfada and the beach. The apartment was comfortable and clean, with 2 balconies. It was also extremely quiet - concrete floors meant you rarely heard any noise from neighbours. We are considering booking again for next April.

Cons: Getting into the property was difficult - although we had received photos of where to find the external key safe we hadn't received the code in advance and hadn't been told we needed to call the Owner to get it (which I couldn't do anyway as data roaming on my mobile wasn't working on arrival in Greece). Fortunately, a neighbour in the block found us somewhat stranded outside the block and called the Owner to get the code and get us our keys. We would have liked an information guide on the local area and apartment - where to find the nearest supermarkets, tram stop, good local restaurants, how to use the washing machine, etc. Whenever we texted the Owners they were very responsive but the first 24 / 48-hours of orientation would have been helped by an information guide in the apartment.

Great trip, just wish it would have been closer to the beach

Pros: - Host was very caring, very friendly and always asking to help all along are stay. - Drinks and coffee were available as a welcome upon arrival - The place was really clean, there is everything you need. Including bicycles for little promenade. - Located in a very quiet area at 5 mn walk from the tram. There is a 2 little balcony. The residence is clean, there is an elevator, alarm system, a safe box in the bedroom. - We also apreciated smart TV in every rooms (2 bedrooms and the living room)

Cons: - Bedroom wall is not thick and the first morning we could hear the neighbours shouting (only happen once). - When we leave the apartment, the electricity of the house automatically shut down (with a NFC card linked to the keys like in hotel rooms), therefore we cannot recharge anything while we are not in the apartment (phone chargers, laptop, ipad...) and this is quite inconvenient. - Unfortunately the closest beach (Asteras) who was at a walkable distance with nice place has been closed and sold to a private hotel. Closest public beaches (Voula and Glyfada) are a little further (or way further) and you have to take a tram to get there (or walk for a while). This is not at all the fault of the owner of this great apartment but it has to be mentioned. Also it takes 15 minutes walk or 2 to 3 tram stops to be in the living heart of the city where all stores and restaurant are.

Pros: The apartment itself is brilliant. Very comfortable, air conditioning is efficient and quiet. The bikes are a nice touch though the pump is pretty fiddly. It was a great stay and the owner was kind and polite.

Cons: I would have preferred an earlier check in (the booking said 2pm but we couldn't check in until 3pm. The pillows disappear a bit when you lie on them. I'd prefer a thicker pillow but if you have small shoulders they're probably fine. These are small things though. The apartment is really great.

Pros: The apartman was absolutely perfect. Well equipped, clean, friendly. It was so nice to get some welcome drink and ICE cream for the children after a long journey.

Cons: Unfortunately the tram is under construction. It was not easy to get to the city center by bus. No schedule and long journey.

I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are looking for a nice house in Glifada not far from the sea.

Pros: Nice and quiet location, spacious apartment, enough for a family of four, clean and bright, has a washing machine and soap for it - a must for a family with little kids , has many clean towels and extra bed linens, two hairdryers, very nice shower and the water gets hot very fast, lovely kitchen with all the necessary stuff including coffee maker. There is a playground ground in a neighborhood if u have kids. Close to the center of Glifada with all the shops and restaurants, we had a car and it took us not even 5 mins to get to the center. The owner is very helpful and friendly and always cared if we are doing well and need anything.
