Okay for a few days, not very comfy beds though
Pros: The apartment was spacious and quiet, the location was ok, walkable distance from the city center, the grocery store was very near. The kitchen and the whole appartment was well equipped. We were welcomed with a whole package of water (in refrigerator) and a bowl of fresh fruit (on the kitchen table). The building has an elevator. The comunication with the owner was easy and smooth and the entrance (key) was easy accesible.
Cons: The smell in the building itself and sometimes in the apartment and often in the bathroom. It was hard to get rid of the smell, since the bathroom and the kitchen window are turned to the inner part of the building (about 2x2m space without air circulating). The beds were really uncomfortable. The kitchen table was small with bar stools, so it was a bit impractical, though it looks modern.

Spacious clean apartment right in the heart of Athens.
Pros: Spacious and well presented very clean close to all main attractions.very quiet area at night.
Cons: Balcony furniture a bit worn and balcony small but usable.

Absolutely amazing!!!
Pros: One of the best apartments we've stayed in. Modern design, new everything, two separate bedrooms, not far from the metro stations, buses and trams< quiet street without bars and other noisy locations, a nice supermarket around the corner. 1km away from the Acropolis. It was absolutely ideal for us. We managed to return home during the hot afternoon hours and go back downtown on late evenings. We were met with cold drinks in the fridge and a bowl of fresh fruit which was exactly what we needed during such heat outside. And we began our mornings with great Nespesso coffee which was kindly offered by the owner. All the little issues were solved immediately and the owner was always available to instruct about the city transport, etc. I highly recommend this place to everyone who is getting ready for a city break in Athens. and my biggest applause to the host for having thought of big and little details. We loved it!!!

Pros: Отличные апартаменты! Приехав приятно было увидеть корзину с фруктами и упаковку питевой воды. Апартаменты с свежим ремонтом, укомплектованы всем необходимым. Очень хорошая локация, Акрополь,кафе магазины в пешей доступности. Отдельное спасибо управляющему Алексу! У нас приболел ребенок и нам разрешили остаться в апартаментах до 17:00 . Когда приедем снова обязательно остановимся здесь же!

Отдельное спасибо хозяевам за внимательность и приятный сюрприз по приезде — это было очень приятно! 💙 Обязательно вернусь и с удовольствием рекомендую всем.

Nou și curat
Pros: Locația se află la 5 minute de mers pe jos de stația de metrou Syngrou-Fix. Este o zonă liniștită. Apartamentul are un living cu bucătărie open space, 2 camere dotate cu aer condiționat și 1 baie cu cabină de duș generoasă. Totul a fost exemplar de curat. Recomand!

Bell’appartamento a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro.
Pros: - appartamento nuovo - 3 asciugamani per persona - bagnoschiuma in loco - macchina del caffè, lavatrice e asciugacapelli - bibite e frutta presenti all’arrivo, un piacevole benvenuto
Cons: I cuscini per noi erano troppo duri.

Pobyt oceniam bardzo pozytywnie.
Pros: Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, dość duże, wszystko działało jak należy, kontakt z właścicielem bardzo sprawny.
Cons: Trzeba dojść troszkę pod górkę ze stacji metra, co dla niektórych może stanowić problem, ale dla mnie było w porządku.
