Central & Comfy apartment 2mins walking from metro

Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Το διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετικό! Πολύ καθαρό, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο . Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μου!

Excellent value for money - great location and sleek design

Pros: The property is recently refurbished and convienently situated (<2min on foot) from Neos Kosmos metro stop and super walkable to Koukaki (bars, restos etc.) and other local amenities and spots. In the hot summer months the lower ground floor flat proved great and provided much needed relief from the heat. The lounge layout was perfect, the sofa was super comfy and the smart TV was well proportioned. The aircon worked great (once I was able to sort out a slight issue with the very friendly and helpful owner). Overall, the value for money was excellent and I would definitely go back.

Cons: Although the lower ground floor was great for the heat, don't expect lot of natural light. Because of this the flat would benefit from more artifical light other than the ceiling lights and a few floor/ table lamps (some of which did not work). The biggest issue was the bathroom. Although it was modern, big and well-lit the drainage was problematic leading to a mini-flood each time a shower was taken. That also poses legitimate safety issue with the water circling around the washing machine cables. The bed would also benefit from fitted sheets.

Pros: La cercanía al metro y al centro. El apartamento era muy moderno.

Cons: Cuando llegamos algunas zonas estaban sucias. Además cuando te duchas el agua se sale toda, pero lo solucionamos como pudimos.
