Convenient and decently located

Pros: Clean, spacious, close to metro. Very nice bathroom, good aircon, nice balcony. Conveniently located near a convenience store

Cons: Located close to (but fortunately outside) an area which did not feel safe. There was an odd smell. Likely from fumigation.

Wonderful little pearl in heart of Athens

Pros: The apartment itself is great. Very nice view of the city and the hills. Good be alone on the 6th floor. 1-2 min walk to the metro, very good bakery on the corner, Lidl on the other side.

Cons: The sound around the apartment is very loud. Metro driving outside what you hear very good and the elevator as well. Earplugs are very needed to get some rest. But yeah… it is in the very heart of Athens. Earplugs are I guess a must.

Pros: El balcón es bonito, la cama cómoda, el baño está bien. El edificio tiene ascensor y es cómodo.

Cons: Está muy lejos del centro, imposible ir caminando. Se siente un poco encerrado porque no hay ventanas, solo la puerta al balcón.

Leben in Athen

Pros: Die kleine Wohnung ist wirklich sehr zauberhaft. alles da was man braucht. der Ausblick bei Sonnenuntergang unbezahlbar. hat sich gelohnt zu dem Zeitpunkt in der Unterkunft zu sein. man hat sich wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind ganz problemlos über booking erreichbar und bieten einen Shuttle Service vom und zum Flughafen an, das fanden wir sehr angenehm und super stressfrei. in 3 Minuten Gehweg ist man in einem netten kleinen Ort mit tollen Restaurants und Bäckereien. ebenso 3 Minuten in die andere Richtung ist die Metro. Von dort ist Monastiraki in 2 Haltestellen erreicht. sehr zu empfehlen ist die kleine Partisserie direkt nebenan, sehr guter Frappe und so leckeres Gebäck.:) einige Worte griechisch zu können wären von Vorteil. oder einfach einen Übersetzer installieren. In diesem Stadtteil bekommt man das normale Leben in Athen, Abseits der Touristen hot Spots, live mit und ist ein Teil davon. eine wirklich schöne Erfahrung.

Cons: es gibt nicht viel, die Badezimmer Tür schrabt etwas über den Boden, ich denke aber das der Mangel schon behoben ist. Wenn man lärm empfindlich ist sollte man vorsorgen, die Stadt lebt auch nachts sehr deutlich;) vielleicht könnte man an der Balkontür einen Lärmschutzvorhang anbringen. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und wir waren sehr zufrieden☺️

Pros: Estaba muy completo el piso. Inclusive plancha. La ubicación esta bien porque esta a 2 mins del metro, no me pareció malo el barrio, incluso hay Lidl y un par de alimentación cerca

Pros: Małe ale przytulne i czyste mieszkanko na ostatnim piętrze z windą. Wielkim plusem jest prywatny balkon, gdzie można sobie wypocząć wieczorem po całym dniu zwiedzania. Komunikacja z właścicielami jest tylko za pomocą booking, uważam to za wielki plus, ze wszystko jest przygotowane i można swobodnie się zameldować i wymeldować. Świetna lokalizacja obiektu : blisko dwie linie metra i sklep LIDL niemalże przez ulicę. Cena jak najbardziej adekwatna. Miło wspominamy!

SOGGIORNO CONFORTEVOLE AD ATENE

Pros: Ottima la posizione vicino alla metro, per raggiungere il centro città a soli 10 minuti. L'appartamento arredato con gusto, pratico, completo di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Una bellissima terrazza con vista sulla città, comoda per mangiare, per stendere la biancheria.

Cons: Nulla, tutto perfetto
