Pros: We had a perfect stay. The apartment is very large and comfortable, equipped extensively with everything a family needs. It was warm. It was very clean. The communication with the owner was very swift and helpful. The location was perfect for us as we wanted a quiet and cozy place close to the park. A good grocery store is 9 mins by foot. A tram stop is 3 min away.

Cons: During the weekend it can be noisy at night. Some washing powder would be very useful, but these are just nuances. The mattress was too soft for my back.

Great New Year’s Eve.

Pros: Lovely place with everything you need. Great place to visit Niarchos cultural center because you can’t be closer. We were there on New Year’s Eve and Sakis surprised us with a nice bottle of bubbles.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: There is the best restaurant under apartment! The taste of the food was new for us! Apartment was clean and roomy. AC was useful - in every room.

Pros: First of all the host was good and helpful. The apartment was clean and has everything we needed, location was good and great for a family with kids. The rooms have spacious compartments.

Pros: First of all the location the apartment perfect!Big apartment clean ...the bed amazing.The location no doubt.Opposite there is an amazing park that you can do what ever you think .

Next to the x96 bus-stop to and from the airport.

Pros: Nice bedrooms, clean and fresh, quiet. Near the bus-stop to the airport. Helpful host. Nice winebar next to the building.

Cons: A little bit far from the city, not so much happening in the neighborhood.

Great Stay in Kallithea

Pros: Key collection was very convenient and easy. The apartment's location is very nice, with good places to eat and spend time nearby. Athens city center is easily accessible via bus or a tram and metro combination, and Piraeus is accessible by tram. Sakis, the host, was also very helpful. The place is pretty clean, with air conditioning available throughout the apartment. There's plenty of space for clothes and other belongings. A lift is available, which is great if you're a bit lazy like me and don't fancy climbing stairs after a long day in hot Athens. Overall, it's a very good choice for its price range.

Cons: Everything was very nice.

Pros: Nice modern and spacious apartment for a couple. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful local neighbourhood with a park, but with the benefit of the concert hall and beautiful library nearby. Easy access to other parts of Athens and the ferry terminal with the tram service. Really enjoyed our stay here. We caught a ballet performance and enjoyed walks in the area.

Cozy apartment,friendly owner.

Pros: Location is one of the best, safe and calm neighbourhood. The owner is a very polite and helpful person ask him anything you need .

Cons: If you visit with a car the parking will be an issue.

Pros: great location, clean house, very comfortable beds
