Comfy & spacious apartment with amazing terrace

Pros: Spacious, clean and comfy apartment in great location, one minute to metro station. We were here for the 2nd time as it is very convenient, practically designed and ideally located place with amazing terrace. Well equipped kitchen, big bedrooms with enough storage space, bathroom big enough and well designed, and effective A/C which we used for heating as central heating was not on.

Cons: We chose the place (among other reasons) as it has washing machine, which turned out to be malfunctioning. We reported this but we felt dismissed and nothing was done to repair (we were told technician would come but nothing happened, and we were told this is the first time it happened but I saw in other comments this has happened already a month before). This really impacted out overall impression of otherwise amazing place.

Great locations

Pros: The apartment’s location is excellent — it’s close to the metro and situated in a quiet area.

Cons: Unfortunately, the washing machine wasn’t working properly, the door handles on one of the bedrooms and the toilet kept coming loose, and there weren’t enough towels, especially given that the washing machine was out of order. The host could suggest taking the metro from the airport, as it’s very convenient. It would also be helpful to provide a few more towels for guests, since there were no hand towels available. I’d also recommend buying a metro ticket or pass — it makes getting around Athens much easier. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in a very comfortable area.

Pros: Everything super! If you book for 6 person, you habe the whole flat for yourself. We loved it here! The Metro is 2 min walk away. You have everything you need :)

Perfectly Located, Charming & Spacious Athens Apartment

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this wonderful apartment in Athens! The location was perfect — close to fantastic restaurants, a supermarket, and within walking distance to the iconic Acropolis and other attractions. Being near the bus and train stations made exploring the city so easy. The apartment itself was spacious, charming, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely terrace to enjoy the Greek sunshine. Highly recommend for families looking to enjoy Athens comfortably and conveniently. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The only minor downsides were that there was no dishwasher, and only one key was provided, which made it a bit tricky when our family split up for part of the day. Despite these small issues, everything else about this place was fantastic.

Excellent place in great location

Pros: Excellent place, we were delighted. Big, clean with all the comforts, very comfy beds, enough space for storage, nicely decorated and with own style, not like all generic apartments for rent which all look the same. Amazing terrace with lots of comfy furniture and plants. Elevator in the building. Location ideal - 2 min to Petralona metro station, many cafes around but still very quiet, big Supermarket around the corner as well. The host responded to our question very quickly. If it will be available during our next trips, we will definitely book again.

Cons: The only thing that could be better is water pressure, but it is not depending on the host so just mentioning it as a note. It did not impact our stay.

Endroit parfait pour séjourner à Petralona

Pros: Proximité immédiate du métro dans un quartier vivant d Athènes. Tout confort, spacieux,grande terrasse. Calme pas bruyant du tout. Réactivité pour petits problèmes literie.

Cons: Absence de fer à repasser pour madame.
