We were extremely happy with the unit and its location.

Pros: The property was great, and in a perfect location. We were all extremely happy with everything that the unit had to offer. We most definitely would stay there again if in Athens again. Thank you.

Cons: The only thing that we did not like was having to carry all our luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

Lovely apartment in great location for a visit to lovely Athens.

Pros: Very clean, new and comfortable. The location absolutely perfect.

Cons: We would have liked to have the radiators/central heating on/working as we were staying over Christmas and the chilly nights meant a little damp conditions in the apartment.

A 5 Star apartment in the heart of Athens

Pros: The location was excellent, close to shops, restaurants and cafés. The apartment was clean and spacious and the bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms, which was perfect.

Cons: No complaints, everything was perfect.

Overall it was a great stay and excellent communication. Nice bottle of wine. Much appreciated.

Pros: It’s a fantastic location. It is well set up with good bathrooms and everything required in the kitchen. We were allowed an additional hour to check out so that we could go directly to the ship.

Cons: Beds were hard.

Harika konum, modern ev.

Pros: Konum harikaydı, 3-4 dakika yürüyerek plaka gece hayatının içine giriyorsunuz. Cafe ve restoranlar ayağınızın altında. Ev eşyaları yepyeni, banyo, mutfak oldukça şıktı. Ekip her sorumuza çok hızlı yanıt vererek yardımcı oldu.

Cons: Sadece bir anahtar ve kart olması sorundu. Ekip hep birlikte hareket etmek zorunda kaldık. Ayrıca kartı çıkartınca elektrik ile birlikte kalorifer de kapanıyordu. Evi ısıtmak zor oldu.

A great rental. We would do it again.

Pros: Center of Plaka. Enjoyed walking around and seeing all the shops and close to the Acropolis and museums.

Cons: The only problem was there was a leak dripping water from the air conditioner in the front bedroom.

Pros: Lokalizacja rewelacyjna. Czystość w obiekcie bardzo dobra. Możliwość włączenia ogrzewania też na plus.

Cons: Parawany prysznicowe za krótkie i bez dodatkowej szyby zalewana jest łazienka przy użyciu deszczownicy. Brak haczyków na ręczniki w łazience przy sypialniach. Źle działające drzwi przesuwne do łazienki przy sypialni. Łóżko wymagało poprawy i ustawienia dodatkowych nóżek pod łóżkiem, które odpadły a łóżko było zapadnięte pierwszej nocy. Brak wystarczającej ilości kawy do ekspresu na cały pobyt.

Great location and spacious.

Pros: The property was spacious in a good location. I loved that it had a washer and drying rack.

Cons: I think the property needs to provide more than one key. The people staying in the apartment were not always going to the same location and this was a problem as we ended up having to try to rendezvous so we could get back into the apartment. I also think the property needs to provide more coffee. There was only enough for two people to have coffee for three days out of the seven days. We tried to buy coffee at a store to fit the machine but we bought the wrong stuff and it was a waste of money. I think a coffee a day for two adults is a standard expectation.

Ottima posizione, pulito ma..

Pros: Struttura in ottima posizione, il quartiere Plaka è comodo per raggiungere a piedi i maggiori punti di interesse. Appartamento molto pulito. Molto elegante da vedere. Molto gradito il fatto di aver trovato l’acqua ed alcune cialde per il caffè. Dotazione di spugne e saponi per la cucina e mini set shampoo//doccia. Comodo il piccolo bagno di servizio in più. Host sempre disponibile e attento per rispondere alle domande in qualsiasi orario. Ci ha prontamente risolto il problema per l'accesso all'appartamento (che ha una sola chiave) consentendoci di accedere al l'appartamento separatamente (e non tutto insieme) con un codice a noi abilitando dalla tastiera di accesso.

Cons: Bella da vedere ma poco funzionale, mancano attaccapanni e mensole per appoggiare le cose. Purtroppo letti molto scomodi che fanno rumore ad ogni piccolo movimento e materassi sfondati. La doccia (tutt'e due) sono molto belle da vedere, ma assolutamente poco pratiche, non ci sono appoggi x il sapone ed è impossibile fare la doccia senza bagnare tutto il bagno (dove non ci sono posti neanche per appoggiare gli asciugamani) Se piove dagli infissi della Finestra nella camera sul retro entra acqua anche se si chiude la tapparella - veramente tanta acqua da doverla asciugare più volte.(purtroppo l’ho letto anche in una recensione di un anno prima…) Servirebbe una manutenzione generale.
