Cons: Not sure if it an Athens wide thing but the hot water circuit breaker thing was a bit confusing. Ended up have one cold shower.

Pros: Firstly the apartment is great. You have two very nice balconies to enjoy. I looked forward to chilling on the balcony, with a drink after a long day walking around the city. You can watch the sunset over Athens, on the top floor balcony. The host has provided all the kitchen utensils you might need to cook a meal, however you have so many excellent restaurant choices around you, so there really is no need to cook. The location is absolutely fantastic. You are right in the heart of Athens and walking distance from the majority of the main attractions. You have supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and a wide range of retail shops on your doorstep. You are walking distance to a train station which connects you to the airport directly. Checking in and out is a breeze and the host will provide you with all the information you need.

Cons: As you are in the city it can be very noisy. There were a lot of building works going on everyday of the week including Sundays. Bring some ear plugs with you. Not so bad at night, you do get the occasional bar/city noises you would expect in a location like.this. Be warned there are mosquitoes. Bring some repellent with you. I think it would be nice of the host to leave some in the room. The shower screen needs to be improved. Water does tend to spill all over the floor. Like many places in Greece, you are supposed to leave toilet paper in the bin, instead of flushing it. I wish something could be done about this so you wouldn't have to, but it is what it is. We followed the rules, however more plastic bags should be left. We had to make our own bed. A minor detail but i would expect the host to have already arranged this. I believe messages from.the host are automated. I had send a message and did not get a response. However the automated messages are very informative and will tell you everything you need to know about your stay, checking in and out etc. Very clear indeed.

Very recommended

Pros: Great apartment. Very spacious. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen with the necessary items for basic cooking. There is a supermarket very close by where you can find everything. Apartment very well located (on the corner of Ermou Street), which makes it possible to do everything on foot. The host was great and very helpful. The welcome bottle of wine was very nice. Would certainly stay there again.

Cons: The bathroom is small and gets completely wet when using the shower. They could think of a curtain. The apartment has 2 floors. There is only a TV upstairs (the main bed is on the ground floor). They could leave spare garbage bags for the kitchen and bathroom. Clothes pegs are available, but there is nowhere to hang towels/clothes. The apartment does not have a direct view of the Acropolis. But in the corner of the upper floor balcony (where the air conditioning machines are installed, you can see it). One suggestion: install the air conditioning machines on the wall above and leave the balcony free to view the Acropolis. All these points listed are not complaints, just suggestions that would improve the apartment, which is very good!

Excellent location, spacious room, small bathroom that floods.

Pros: The location is brilliant as it is walking distance from all the key attractions such as Monastiraki, Syntagma, Acropolis and is by Ermou street where there are many shops and restaurants as well as night life. Did not even have enough time to explore. There are great takeaway and sit in dining options right by the apartment. The room is very spacious for two people and quite modern. Aircon was perfect for the Greek heat.

Cons: The shower is not enclosed and is not elevated, so the whole bathroom floods every time you shower- this makes it really uncomfortable especially in hot weather and after swimming when you expect a good shower. The floor is always wet. The toilet was also broken when we got there but they did arrange someone to come fix it.

If we come again to Athens in the future, we’ll book it again.

Pros: We love this apartment! If you came to Athens, please book it without hesitation!!! It’s 5mins walking from Syntagma Square bus station. There’re a lot of shops downstairs. But when you go up to the apartment (what’s better there’s an elevator! You don’t have to climb the stairs ), it’s very quiet. We slept safe and sound. We like the rooftop terrace the most. We go up to drink and watch the sunset for several days. If we come again to Athens in the future, we’ll book it again.

Cons: There’s hair on the bed when we arrive the first day.

Pros: La camera è in una posizione perfetta per visitare a piedi tutte le attrazioni principali della città. In 10-15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge l'ingresso dell'acropoli, in 5 minuti sei a Sindagma, in 25 minuti al museo archeologico Nazionale, in 35 minuti sali in cima al monte Licabetto. Non è necessario acquistare i biglietti della metropolitana che invece è molto comoda per raggiungere l'aeroporto partendo da Monanstirachi a 5 minuti dalla casa. La camera è ampia e pulita, i letti sono comodi, è molto luminosa con una bellissima terrazza. Nel complesso tutto bene. Abbiamo anche cucinato 3 volte i pasti in casa.

Cons: Il bagno è un po' piccolo e servirebbe una tenda per la doccia. In camera si potrebbero aggiungere delle tende scure per evitare la luce la mattina. Per l'uso della cucina manca uno strofinaccio per asciugare le stoviglie e le mani.

Excelente estadía en el centro de Atenas

Pros: La ubicación , excelente cerca de todo . Además el departamento súper amplio . Dos aires acondicionados que eso para Grecia es fundamental . La verdad muy recomendable.

Buena ubicación

Pros: La ubicación es óptima. Estás en pleno centro y no hay mucho ruido por la noche. El AC en verano ayuda muchísimo y hay ascensor hasta el apartamento (6plantas). Nos dejaron entrar más pronto de la hora del checkin para dejar las maletas.

Cons: La limpieza no era del todo adecuada, el suelo, el baño, la terraza y la mesa de la terraza estaban sin terminar de limpiar. La comunicación no era muy buena, habían mensajes automatizados que decían que se pondrían en contacto más tarde, y luego no respondían a las preguntas. Las cortinas son blancas y no hay persianas!! Si tienes problemas para dormir, (como nos pasó a nosotros), no es una opción, porque es un ático con mucha luz! (Puede ser que lo hayan mejorado después…) Según las fotos y la explicación, pensaba que tenía vistas al Acrópolis, y aunque el edificio es alto y poe altura se podría ver, desafortunadamente el apartamento da exactamente a la espalda, así que se ve desde una esquina y muy poco visible. Pedí una factura 5 veces, la necesito, y llevo esperando como 45 días y no me la envían.
