Great apartment!
Pros: The apartment was great, exactly as in the pictures. All the rooms are big and comfy. I would definitely stay there again. The communication with the host was also excellent.

Nice apartment in a central location
Pros: The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished. It was perfectly clean, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly – ideal for working remotely. Communication with the host was easy and very friendly. The location is excellent: right next to the Archaeological Museum, with a good restaurant (Paula's) just around the corner and a supermarket nearby. The next metro station is a 10 mins walk away (station: Omonia).
Cons: The only downside is the heavy car traffic in the area. The balcony isn’t really usable for relaxing because of the street noise, and the view of the inner courtyard is not nice. Still, a great place to stay if you're planning to explore the city!

Pros: The apartment was clean, well equipped and very comfortable.
Cons: The area was a bit dodgy BUT we’re bothered at all and it was close to all tjs main sites, restaurants etc.

Great apartment with everything that we needed.
Pros: A beautiful, spacious apartment - plenty of space for four, clean, tidy and appears well maintained. It had everything that we needed and more, with the bonus of a guitar that helped keep us entertained in the evening. A second toilet was helpful for morning queues. There was good, fast internet access. The air conditioning worked well, and was essential as it was very hot when we were there. It was quiet so as not to disturb sleep. It also had a washing machine that enabled us to easily clean some clothes before we moved on to our next stop. We really cannot fault the apartment at all. We didn't meet our hosts, but they gave clear instructions via whatsapp for access, and answered queries quickly.
Cons: The stairwell leading up to the apartment was very dark, and we could find no way of putting lights on, so had to use phone torches to find our way up the stairs. The area around the apartment felt a little run down, with a bit of a walk into the city centre, but we were aware of this when we booked it. Television reception was poor, but access to streamed services and a fast internet link and the ability to cast to the television from devices mitigated this issue.

Great accommodation, but.....
Pros: The accommodation itself is great! Spacious, comfortable and clean. It is very well equipped and the owner has obviously taken a lot of care in setting up this apartment. It is in an older building and also the furnishings are traditional rather than modern.
Cons: The area the apartment is in, the entrance to the building and the communal areas are just horrible. The walk from the nearest metro station (Omonia) is especially grim and if you are a family with young children or just females I would be wary about staying in this location. This is not a 2 bathroom apartment, it is 1 bathroom with a guest toilet. We found the balcony unusable because of the high winds that seem to funnel up the road and the high traffic noise.

Pros: Besonders gefiel uns die Größe und Aufteilung der Wohnung. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fussläufig zu erreichen.

Wspaniała pogoda, super komunikacja, lokalne potrawy oraz cudowne zabytki. Polecam!
Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, gdyż było blisko do centrum Aten, Muzeum Archeologicznego i innych zabytków. Tuż za rogiem był przystanek autobusowy Polytexneio oraz parę minut do metra Viktoria. W pobliżu znajduje się dobry supermarket i restauracje (polecam Hungry Buddha (smacznie, dużo i dość tanio). Piękny i przestronny apartament umilił nam pobyt w Atenach. Chociaż taras jest wąski i od strony ulicy (hałas), to zasłonięty koronami drzew, co daje pewną intymność. Bardziej dla palących niż by zjeść śniadanie na świeżym powietrzu. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z właścicielem obiektu. Wszystkie informacje były wyczerpujące i wysłane w odpowiednim czasie. Wyposażenie zgodne z opisem. Polecam!
Cons: Brak zastrzeżeń.

Geräumiges Appartment in sehr zentrale Lage.
Pros: Die Schlafzimmer sind in den Innenhof ausgerichtet, wodurch kaum Tageslicht hineindringt. Aber bei heissen Temperaturen ein Segen! Das Wohnzimmer richtet sich der Strasse entgegen aus, was mehr Tageslicht hinein lässt. Positiv und einen netten Zusatz fand ich die Lautsprecherbox. Da wir kreativ tätig waren nutzten wir diese gerne im Hintergrund!
Cons: Wenig Decken vorhanden, wurden aber auf Anfrage nachgereicht!

Ospite molto gentile, disponibile e professionale.
Pros: Spaziosa, attrezzata di tutto (cucina, bagno, biancheria) tutto nuovo e pulito, accogliente ed elegante, due bagni (che non sono citati nella descrizione), sistemi di sicurezza, doppie chiavi a disposizione. Buona posizione, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Consigliata!
Cons: Per noi che eravamo 2 coppie, in una stanza non c’era il matrimoniale ma due letti separati che non si potevano unire.

Pobyt bardzo udany mimo początkowych problemów z booking.com, który odwołał nam rezerwację.
Pros: Mieszkanie bardzo ładne i czyste. Wydajna klimatyzacja. Szybki i łatwy kontakt z bardzo miłym gospodarzem. Jeśli chodzi o komunikację, to lokalizacja była bardzo korzystna. Blisko do metra i przystanku autobusowego. Mimo tego, że obiekt znajduje się obok dwóch obok owianych złą sławą placy (Omonia i Victoria) to nic złego nas nie spotkało a wracaliśmy po zmroku. Paradoksalnie obok są bardzo dobre restauracje z pysznym greckim jedzeniem.
Cons: Specyficzny zapach na klatce i na wewnętrznym podwórku - ale to tylko drobiazgi.
