Location is perfect

Pros: Clean and very central spacious and sufficiently equipped. Very good instructions and additional helpful information about where to eat, tacos and transport

Ideal combination of a quiet apartment in easy walking distance from the major sites.

Pros: The location was very central yet with the balcony doors closed it was very quiet. Panos who manages the property was very helpful, with lots of information on WhatsApp. There is a really nice cafe bar (Pair) further up the street, a haven of peace even though the main drag is just a few feet away. A bonus for us was an archaeological dig visible from the bedroom window.

Cons: As, like most properties in Athens, the plumbing can’t cope with toilet paper so it needs to go in a bin, it would be good to have cleaning services more than once a week. People need to be aware it’s a second floor flat and the stairs are quite steep.

Great location super clean apartment

Pros: Location is great, every must see places are very close. Apartment was very clean and everything we needed was there. It was easy to access to apartment and owner explain everything in advance. We get there early morning but owner did everything he could so we checked in three hour early. He even send us every important info we might need. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect location

Pros: The location is great, with a 2-minute walk directly in to the right area, while the appartment is in a quiet street. The appartment was spacious and clean, with everything there that you need.

Cons: The buildings around it are torn down, being rebuilt, which gives it a bit of a grim outlook. Though that is just appearances, it was completely safe.

Super good!

Pros: Excellent location. Good contact with host, who was very helpful and provided all information needed and a lot of additional good tips.

Very nice but not suitable if you cannot climb the stairs especially with luggage.

Pros: Nice property, communication was great, answered us almost immediately. Close to everything and in a great area for shopping and wonderful restaurants. The museum was just around the corner. The Plaka and the Acropolis were very close.

Cons: Because we are older travellers we were not happy with all the stairs we had to climb. Probably Would not have booked this accommodation if we new there were so many stairs and no lift. Also unable to put toilet paper into toilet which I found unusual. Apparently small, old pipes but we were provided with plastic bags and a bin but still we found this off putting.

We enjoyed our stay and will rent again if going back to Athens.

Pros: Great location, only minutes from Acropolis, Plaka and Anafiotika. The place was clean and comfortable and it looked exactly like the photos. It was in the middle of busy streets with cafes and restaurants, yet it was quiet and nice. We didn’t use the kitchen yet everything was provided. The bathroom could use a hook for a towel/clothes, we used a stool that was provided in the kitchen. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Before renting, the owner noted that there was no lift, but the apartment was on the 2nd floor and the steps weren’t that bad.

Cons: Nothing. There was a strange smell in the stairwell, but the apartment itself was clean and nice.

Pros: What a perfect place to explore Athens. The appartment was very nice and located perfect for a visitor. Close to the metro, sites and great restaurants.

Cons: Nothing bad to say. Very good host.

Vacaciones en Atenas

Pros: La atención desde el principio fue excelente. Con sus explicaciones no tuvimos ningún inconveniente para encontrar el piso y entrar. La descripción es tal cual estaba en la web, teniendo todo lo que necesitábamos para estar cómodos. Hay muy buenos restaurantes a la vuelta y un supermercado también (además del mini market). Recomendamos el piso totalmente y cuando volvamos a repetir Atenas, nos gustaría volver a quedarnos allí.

Cons: No nos molestó nada. El piso nos resultó perfecto.
