Pros: The apartment is truly beautiful, equipped with all the utensils and necessities we needed for our stay. Excellent cleanliness. On the top floor there is a small, very comfortable rooftop with a beautiful view. The apartment is in a quiet area, yet there are plenty of nice little places to eat, and it's very close to the metro station, which takes you to the heart of Athens in just a few minutes. The hosts were very kind and always available. Excellent service, we'll definitely return.

Prefect location in the heart of Petralona
Pros: The apartment is spotless, recently renovated with a clean, minimalist design, and has brand new furniture and appliances – everything you could possibly need. It’s right in the heart of the neighborhood, just a short walk from the metro, shops and stores. Even parking is manageable: after a couple of rounds we found a free spot right outside. Communication with the host was excellent; even though we didn’t meet in person, she was exceptionally kind and went out of her way to assist us. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Athens.

fantastic option when visiting athens
Pros: The host are friendly and quick to answer your messages: they supported us throughout our stay, fixing immediately minor issues. The apartment is very nice, well designed and spacious enough. You have your own kitchen and the best toilet i found in a greek studio (no water floods after every shower, wc flush really working). The apartment is just 5 minutes walking from Petralona Metro Station, which takes you to Monastiraki in 5 minutes. The area is full of cozy bar/restaurant since Petralona is, apparently, in its blooming moment and, probably, the best balance between cost and services. We actually walked from the apartment to the Acropoli Slopes, it is just 35 minutes and we discovered so many wonderful places (and met dozens of friendly cats). I'll definitely choose this place again in the future
Cons: Nothing was really negative. I may suggest to stock a broom and a bit of detergents for the daily necessity of the occupants

Return stay with P&P, balcony apartment this time
Pros: Easy access to apartment on second floor with clear instructions. Bed was on the firm side. Didn't use the kitchen although seemed well equipped. Water pressure in shower was great. Bonus washing machine in unit. Location was great. Our second stay here different apartment. Would recommend. Close proximity to metro and short walk to train station.

Highly recommended
Pros: Love separate bedroom, xlg television with possibility to connect to your own Netflix account, large bathroom and washing machine. Bedding and bed were comfortable. Located close to metro, coffee shops, market.Host extremely responsive.
Cons: Overall it was clean although bedroom/bathroom doors could use some attention. Owners were responsive to an issue we pointed out in their kitchen. Could use a large bowl in kitchen.

Pros: The tea and kitchen equipment, the checkin process is very smooth, the apartment is comfortable and in a nice area of in Athens.
Cons: There were no mosquito nets on the windows, and the internet is extremely slow.

Stay here for peace and good food.
Pros: The location of the unit is great. In a safe and residential neighborhood. It was walking distance to great and inexpensive food. Near the metro and everyone in the area was friendly. Multiple grocery store options. Very clean space.
Cons: Although we didn’t cook at all. It does not have a microwave, but the oven is really nice and actually can heat up the food very nice if you know how to use it.

Pros: Merina helped a lot. The restaurants she recommended were perfect. House was very clean and central. I could find everything I needed in the apartment.
Cons: there was only a very thick duvet to use.
