I would definitely recommend it.

Pros: I had a lovely stay at Raise Averof Apartments. The location was very convenient and accessible, with the metro station just a few minutes away. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable.

Pros: Very clean and modern apartment at Dafni, a quiet area of Athens. Easy access without a host with a code to the apartment, both at outdoor and indoor doors. They send you the code the day of arrival after you send them your ID through e-mail. Very good communication they send you all the information that you may need and you can ask them anything and they answer directly. Close to Dafni metro station, 10 minutes by walking. All in all, we are very happy with our stay! Thank you!

Cons: Unfortunately, it was winter we used both the double bed and the sofa bed and they did not provide us winter covers to sleep. Maybe they were not ready for winter accomodation. They prepared us 2 extremely thin covers that are used only the summer. So we opened the 2 air conditions in high heat temperature and we sleeped well. But what if it was a very cold night, will it be ok to sleep? Maybe we would get cold in our vacation. That was the only minus. So if you travel winter, ask them for winter covers for the beds

Pros: We was very satisfied with our stay, clean and nice rooms. 5 minutes walk from the Metro, coffee/food spots and supermarket. Met one of the HK ladys and she was very nice and polite.

Cons: Engelska Α mat/floor towel for the bathroom floor, slightly better quality of the shower/hair gel. A broom and a dustpan.

A convenient and practical stay close to the Metro, with a few minor improvements needed but overall

Pros: The apartment was easy to find and just a short walk from the Metro, which made getting around very convenient. Plenty of shops and eateries nearby. The space served the purpose of my stay well. It would have been helpful if the kitchen included a cutting knife for meal preparation. Also, the shower drain could use some attention, as the water tends to rise and drains very slowly it causes an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Overall, with a few minor improvements, it could be even better, but I appreciated the comfortable and practical accommodation.
