Pros: Clean and modern apartment with a great garden. Location is also great with nice shops, restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Really good value for the money. I would recommend to everyone...

The best 2 sleeps of my trip in athens
Pros: Whatever had to do with the house and the host, was amazing. Mr. Yiannis answered every question I had, and helped a lot with every problem I created to my self. The instructions were very clear I just didn't noticed I went to the house after 12 in the midnight and I couldn't unlock the house. So I called him at 2 o'clock in the morning and he answered and also unlocked me the house to get in. He was very helpful.
Cons: I would like to be more secure about my car, because the area was very narrow and I was afraid about where to park. It has a private parking with automatic gate but it was very short for my car.

Ένα όμορφο σπίτι για τις διακοπές σας
Pros: Ένα πολύ όμορφο, άνετο, καθαρό και περιποιημένο σπίτι, ότι πρέπει για μια οικογένεια. Η περιοχή πολύ καλή με μαγαζιά σε μικρή απόσταση με τα πόδια.
Cons: Το parking ήταν πολύ μικρό και δεν χωρούσε το αυτοκίνητό μας. Βρίσκαμε όμως χώρο και το αφήναμε στο δρόμο εκεί τριγύρω.

Schöne moderne Wohnung in Athen
Pros: Die Ausstattung, das Design, das Bett, die Sauberkeit . . . Man findet in der Wohnung alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind komfortabel. Der Arbeitsplatz in einem der Schlafzimmer bietet eine angenehme ruhige Ecke an.
Cons: Auto-Lärm, vor allem weil manche Autofahrer sehr rasant auch in der Nacht fahren. Schallisolierung im Haus ist dagegen gut. . . Mir scheint, das öffentliche Athen ist überall laut durch Straßenlärm.

Υπέροχο κατάλυμα!!!
Pros: Υπέροχο κατάλυμα, με προσοχή στη διακόσμηση και στη λεπτομέρεια,πεντακάθαρο,με οτιδήποτε χρειαστεί κάνεις ( μέχρι και πλυντήριο πιάτων) . Η τοποθεσία πολυ καλή και βολική ( στάση τραμ στο ένα λεπτό, περίπτερο, φούρνος , σουπερμάρκετ δίπλα) . Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε!
Cons: Απολύτως τίποτα!

Wir werden Sie wieder begrüßen
Pros: Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos. Gemütlich, gastfreundlich, mit allem, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten. Von Handtüchern und Duschgel bis hin zu Salz und Öl zum Kochen war alles vorhanden. Auf unsere Anfrage hin wurde uns auch ein Kinderbett für unser Baby zur Verfügung gestellt. Schönes Apartment mit einem herrlichen Garten und Parkplatz für das Auto. Die Gegend ist relativ ruhig. Supermarkt, U-Bahn und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Yannis ist ein gastfreundlicher Gastgeber, diskret, aber immer für uns da.
Cons: Die Beleuchtung in der Wohnung ist eher für romantische Paare geeignet. Für uns mit unserem Baby war sie etwas zu schwach, wir hätten eine etwas stärkere Beleuchtung bevorzugt.

Pros: The apartment was spotless, modern, and equipped with high-quality appliances and furniture — everything felt thoughtfully chosen. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and helpful. The private parking was a great convenience, and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The nearby tram made it easy to reach the city center. Overall, a very satisfying experience

Pros: Totul, locatia la 10 minute de plaja si 30 minute cu tramvaiul de centru, aveai unde sa mananci in jur si supermarket, cartierul este civilizat si curat. Iar apartamentul era superb cu parcare pe strada dar mereu gaseam loc langa , foarte curat, curtea mica, dar ca o oaza de liniste in mijlocul orasului, dotat cu tot ce aveai nevoie ca sejurul cu familia sa fie un succes. Dotarile apartamentului cu masina de cafea, masina de spalat vase si masina de spalat erau trecute in descriere si ma asteptam, dar aveam si consumabile pentru ele, inclusiv paste, suc de rosii si conserve cu ton in debara pentru o cina rapida. Erau pana si jocuri pentru cei mici. Super cazare. Paturile foarte mari si confortabile, in cele 2 dormitoare erau 2 dressing-uri mari, incapatoare. Proproetatea arata mai bine decat in poze.

Pros: 交通非常便利 這個住宅區算高級的！ 完全看不到塗鴉 街道乾淨整齊 附近就有大超市跟很多小餐廳 生活機能非常好. 公寓空間非常大 室內裝修新穎雅致 家電設備齊全 跟預定的說明一致 兩間臥室跟客廳各有獨立的空調 後面陽台曬衣空間非常的充足 最棒的是外面的庭園很漂亮
Cons: 浴室小一點 洗澡要有技巧 水比較容易濺出來 如果能夠有 主廚刀會更好
