Exeptional Apartment

6 nights stay in a wonderful apartment in Athens close to the Acropolis.

Pros: The apartment was very nice and clean. Had everything I needed except for a microwave oven. Fix metro station is just across the road. Acropolis and Plaka are about a 5 to 10 mins walking distance. Lots of convenience stores, and places to eat nearby. No problems with safety in the area. The apartment was very secure. Great value for money! I was initially a little worried about how to access the apartment prior to arriving, but the host was able to give clear instructions for self check in, which was simple enough and easy to follow!

Cons: Lifts were not working. I had to use the stairs to and from the 4th floor. Except for the ground floor, there were no lights on the stairway or other floors, so I've had to use my phone's torch to see in the dark at night.

Pros: It truly was an exceptional apartment! Clean, perfect! ANd an additional issue is one o the most amazing bakeries is opppsote and a 24hr hour mini market! LOVED IT

Perfect for a city break

Pros: Exceptional apartment is a one bedroom apartment. Our three daughters slept in two sofas in the sitting room. Unfortunately there was no bed linen nor towels available for them, so we had to use our beach towels as sheets and towels. We asked the host on Friday but it was Sunday afternoon when we got them delivered. Apart from this, the apartment is perfect for a city break, 1 min from the tram stop that will bring you into Syntagma square. The apartment is in an old building but it's been renovated and looks great. Aircon was fantastic too.

Cons: The lack of communication with the host. We sent him emails as we wanted to check a few things beforehand and he did not reply or acknowledged them. He made contact with us a few days before our arrival. The lack of bedlinen and towels for 3 of 5 guests on arrival. We would have appreciated a quicker response.

Pros: Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, δίπλα στο κέντρο και σε όλα τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Ακριβώς από κάτω υπάρχει φούρνος, φαρμακείο και καταστήματα ψιλικών. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πάρα πολύ άνετο με 2 ξεχωριστά δωμάτια. Τα παράθυρα βγαίνουν στην εσωτερική αυλή, που μπορεί να μην έχει θέα αλλά προσφέρει την ησυχία και απομονώνει την φασαρία του δρόμου. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από την διαμονή μας!

Pros: Τοοποθεσία άψογη,κοντά σε ΜΜΜ και αξιοθέατα, εύκολα προσβάσιμο κατάλυμα και εύκολη μετάβαση σε όλη την πολη

Cons: 1)Η καθαριότητα θα μπορούσε να ήταν καλύτερη και πιο επιμελής 2) παροχές κουζίνας αναφορικά με τον εξοπλισμό ικανοποιητικές,θα μπορούσε να υπήρχε διαθέσιμη συσκευή για εσπρέσσο (είτε moka pot είτε μηχανή εσπρέσσο με κάψουλες)

Άνετο ,καθαρό κ καλαίσθητο διαμέρισμα σε τέλεια τοποθεσία!!

Pros: The apartment is very good and clean ,fully equipped and excellent wi fi. Location is perfect ,not far from the centre and 3’ minutes away from metro & tram station . The host was helpful and we enjoy our stay ! We will definitely visit Athens again and exceptional apartment!!

Ottimo appartamento, aree comuni un po' trasandate.

Pros: Ottima posizione, dimensione e appartamento accogliente. Buon materasso, pulito (non sempre accade questo), buon frigo, appartamento completo che va bene anche per diversi giorni. Possibilità di parcheggiare in strada appena sotto al condominio. Vicinissimo ai trasporti pubblici per cui è ben collegato alla metro che porta all'aeroporto. Ottimi condizionatori e porta blindata

Cons: C'è un terrazzo ma con vista interna piuttosto bruttina. Se però l'obiettivo è un temporaneo soggiorno per visitare Atene e dintorni, la vista non ha alcuna importanza. Mi ha lasciata perplessa l'ascensore che non ha una porta interna che si chiude. (situazione molto frequente nelle costruzioni in quell'area): quando funziona è meglio stare attenti a non lasciare che qualcosa si possa impigliare nel tragitto. Personalmente starei molto attenta a dove possano mettere le mani i bambini!
