Pros: The apartment looks like in the pictures. The air conditioning and hot water work very well. Friendly staff and clear instructions.

Cons: Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and dust on the headboard. We arranged the cables from the TV because you risk tripping over them. The neighborhood seems unsafe and the bus stops quite far.

Pros: Все чисто. бесконтактное заселение и выезд. Несмотря на то что это студия, все расположено очень удобно. Хорошая кухонная зона со всеми принадлежностями. Удобный рабочий стол, офисный стул. Есть парковка под окном, городская, но почти всегда есть место.

Cons: Слабый интернет.

Pros: The place itself was great, well equipped, staff super nice and helpful

Cons: The area wasn't that good, the street ok, but especially the roads towards the metro station slummy and depressive. Street noisy in the mornings in the building sometimes some weird smell appeared. We switched to uber from public transport, that helped a lot.
