Excellent apartment in heart of city. Would chose it again if coming to Athens!

Pros: Fantastic open space equipped with artistic touch. Very pleasant space on perfect position for city break. Host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would chose it again if coming to Athens!

Cons: We didn't have any complains!

Great apartment, perfect location

Pros: The apartment was ideal for our short stay in Athens. I loved all of the space, the design, the quirky furnishings, the large bathroom and having the outside space to sit. It was great to have a coffee machine with coffee and filters ready to use and the water, juice, bread, butter and jam that were provided were also appreciated. It’s a perfect location just off Monastiraki square. I would stay here again.

Cons: Just an observation that the apartment has a lot of windows facing the street that are not very soundproof. I needed to sleep wearing my trusty noise-cancelling headphones one night as there was a loud party nearby. The other nights were much quieter.

Pros: Perfectly located. Very spacious and stylish, and the host was a fantastic communicator. Highly recommend.

Cons: The fan in the bedroom is a bit on the weak side. Got a bit stuffy in there.

Fabulous

Pros: The property is in a fabulous central location - 1 minute to Monastriaki Square (and metro). Despite that, as it's on a side street, it's really quiet. The apartment itself is spacious, well decorated with a fabulous quirky vibe, clean and well equipped. As a warehouse conversion it's essentially one massive room - with the sleeping areas separated from the main room by curtains. The little patio area was great for sitting outside, but there's plenty of room inside too. We really appreciated the breakfast bits, as well as the cold water etc that was ready for our arrival. All in all, I'd highly recommend

Lovely stay in November

Pros: Excellent location right next to Monastiraki square! Stratis was an excellent host, the apartment was very clean and tidy, with some bread, tea, coffee etc provided. The bed was comfy enough, very bouncy! The highlight was definitely the lovely balcony. We ate our toast out there every morning, admiring the beautiful acropolis view. One evening it was raining so it was great to have our own undercover area to have a glass of wine, as many of the Athenian restaurants and bars are out in the open. All in all a lovely quirky little place, perfect base for a few days exploring the monuments of Athens.

Cons: It was very noisy on the first night, I believe it was the nearby record shop having a late night event with music blasting until 4am 😂 Not the owner's fault obviously, and not really an issue if you're out late anyway. The other 3 nights it was much quieter.

Great apartment with stunning view and super location

Pros: Great communication from our host, very clear instructions and info on how to get into the apartment, wifi ,water heater etc. Location was incredible, walking distance from everything. View from the huge balcony and Location was the main reason I booked it and it did not disappoint! Tea ,coffee ,milk ,sugar and bread and jam left by the host was very much appreciated . There was even lovely shower gel and shampoo !!

Pros: Fantastic location. Close to metro, shopping, night life, restaurants. We met the host, he was very helpful and welcoming. The lift was welcome when you have luggage. Comfy beds.

Perfect place

Pros: The loft apartment was really really big. It was very clean and tidy. The beds were great. The location was very good. The communication with staff was very good and the info provided re access was spot on. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant and clean accomodation.

Pros: Great location. Nice and spacious! Lovely to have some breakfast treats in the house (toast bread and spreads).

Cons: There really is a need for a second air con machine in the apartment. The sleeping section is very very hot in summer. Big ceiling fans help but it’s difficult to sleep in the heat of summer in Athens. Also did not know there was multiple appartments and we booked this appartments because it appeared it as a balcony overlooking the sights. Probably should be clear about that.
