Great location & host to match

Pros: Top location. Rooftop bar amazing with great view of the Acropolis. Dimitris was accommodating when we arrived earlier, before our check in time and let us in the apartment. Explained everything to us. He even arranged transport to the airport for us. Great facilities especially the washing machine. Close to everything no need for taxis.

Affordable place in the middle of Athens

Pros: The place is in the heart of Athens, within 10 min of most attractions. We loved being in the middle of the lively atmosphere, especially if you travel with teenager kids. Staying on the most posh street in town is a big thing :), to simply wake up and walk around the fancy shops. The street may be seen by some reviewers as noisy during the evenings, or nights, but we actually found it quite nice, there are ad hoc, street singers entertaining us with their live performance, while we either stayed in bed, or had a glas of whine later after dinner. We were not bother in morning by the crowds, of by shops opening for their business, although some earlier reviewers complained about this. If it was a bit of a noise, it was due to the bar on the roof-top, playing music up to midnight. But again it felt like staying late at a bar anyway.

Cons: One could be picky about many things, but I think for the money we paid it was a good stay. Some utilities may not be brand new, but they worked, and we managed to get around few small missing, to make our stay a good one.
