Excellent, Modern Stay-Away from the noise
Pros: Sometimes you walk into a place and instantly feel that it has been created with care. That’s exactly how I felt about this third-floor apartment in a brand new building, located on a quiet street in the heart of Athens. It adds to the overall sense of comfort and quality, while also making you feel completely safe throughout your stay. It is modern and well designed, with no unnecessary clutter, only what you truly need, which makes the stay relaxing. It’s one of those homes you truly appreciate. You can enjoy your coffee or your wine on the quite balcony overlooking the Tower. I highly recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a space in an excellent location, yet away from the noise.

Location design and service 10/10 !!
Pros: The bus stop is just 4 minutes away and it’s the best way to get around Athens. The place was clean, private, and the beds were extremely comfortable — exactly as described. It’s also close to shops and a delicious bakery. Our host provided excellent communication, accommodated all our needs, arranged transportation for us, and changed towels whenever we needed. The private parking area is only 2 minutes from the house, which was very helpful since we had a car. We will 100% return here the next time we’re in Athens!

A cute place that’s got everything you need
Pros: I stayed in this apartment with a friend and we really liked it! It's bright, clean, and cosy — exactly what we were looking for. The location is great and easy to reach, which made getting around very convenient. The host was super helpful and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment in a non-touristy neighborhood
Pros: The apartment is new and in a building with only 5 apartments, one on each floor. The apartment was more spacious than we had expected with two good sized rooms. I loved the main balcony. Nice to sit outside with a glass of wine and nuts (graciously provided by Stefanos on arrival). We didn’t cook but food was never far. Stefanos gave us lots of great tips on places to eat and was in constant contact with us to ensure that we would have a pleasant stay. The area had a local feel and was very safe. We enjoyed being away from the center. The metro (Ambelokipi) is a bit of a walk away so I would suggest taking a taxi to and from the apartment on arrival/departure. After that, the walk there was good exercise for us plus there were lots of buses to get you to the important sights.

Wonderful stay
Pros: The property is in the center of Athens, about 7 minutes by metro from Syntagma square and 13 min by bus with the bus station very close to apt. The apartment is beautifully decorated, and has everything and the host was always available to help with anything. One of the highlights was the quiet balcony, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening. The area also has supermarkets and shops within walking distance, making it very convenient.

Super, modern and spotless apartment near to everything.
Pros: The location is perfect, Sydagma almost 25 min walking distance and Acropolis 10 min by car. The apr is exactly as shown in the photos, modern, stylish and tasteful. There is a grocery store 24 hours, right across the street. There are 2 small eatery next to the house where you can eat there or take away, delicious greek food . The owner was very helped and friendly answered quickly. All in all, i am very happy that i chose this apartment i will choose this apt again.

Beautiful apartment, perfect for rest!
Pros: Beautiful brand-new apartment just behind the Athens Tower, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The space is modern, bright, and fully equipped — ideal for both short stays and longer visits. We especially loved the comfortable beds in the bedrooms, which have high-quality, comfortable mattresses that guarantee a great night’s sleep. It’s the only apartment on the floor, offering extra privacy. Within walking distance to metro stations and all the main sights, yet far enough from the tourist crowds to enjoy peace and quiet. Highly recommended!

This apartment was of a very high standard and in a great location.
Pros: We stayed at the Black & White apartment for a three-day weekend and the experience was very positive. The apartment is the only one on the floor, brand new, modern with a large terrace, and located on a very quiet street – literally 4-minute walk from Mavili Square. Within 2 minutes we found a supermarket, bakery, cafe, and pharmacy. The Ambelokipi metro station is very close to the apartment. Ideal for someone who wants to stay in city center in a quiet area. It fully lives up to its description.

Εξαιρετική
Pros: Οι διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας. Καινούργιο, μοντέρνο, άνετο, πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα, με όλες τις ανέσεις και με έναν εξαιρετικό οικοδεσπότη ,τον Στέφανο που όποια βοήθεια χρειαστήκαμε ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμος και εξυπηρετικότατος. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Εγώ και η οικογένειά μου θα το επιλέξουμε σίγουρα ξανά για την διαμονή μας στην Αθήνα.

Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!
Pros: Άψογη τοποθεσία κοντά στο Σύνταγμα και εύκολη συγκοινωνία. Το διαμέρισμα πολύ κομψά διακοσμημένο και η περιοχή ήσυχη. Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση απο το προσωπικό σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Ευγενικοί, διακριτικοί και πάντα διαθέσιμοι- μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν το σπίτι μας. Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος και τα 2 υπνοδωμάτια ευρύχωρα με αναπαυτικά και άνετα κρεβάτια.
