Pros: Spacious and clean apartment close to many amenities. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Cons: The door separating the living room from the bedrooms opens into a small corridor and you have to close the door to go to the bathroom and from one bedroom to the other. Maybe if it’s possible it could be turned to open towards the living room to avoid all these.

Pros: All good. Nice location, close to bus station, next to a nice bakery with awesome coffee (try Fredo Espresso), renovated apartment, A/C, TVs. Thank you Nektarios!

Highly recommended!

Pros: Very big and spacious apartment in a quiet street. You feel that you come home. In the area there are a lot of cafes and restaurants. Athens syntagma is 15 min with the bus. Very comfortable beds and bathroom. Mr Nectarios was very friendly, from day one to help us with our stay. Definitely, we will stay again! Highly recommended!

Pros: Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι εξαιρετικός και είχαμε άριστη επικοινωνία μαζί του. Το κατάλυμα σε πολύ καλή και βολική τοποθεσία, περιποιημένο, ευρύχωρο και ανταποκρίθηκε απόλυτα στις προτιμήσεις μας.

Pros: Όλα ήταν άψογα! Ο Νεκτάριος πολύ εξυπηρετικός και πρόθυμος να μας λύσει κάθε απορία.Το σπίτι ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και άνετο και η περιοχή πολύ καλή. Πάρκινγκ έβρισκα εύκολα και είχε δίπλα τα πάντα,φούρνο σούπερ μάρκετ κτλ. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω!!!

Pros: Πολύ ευγενικός ο οικοδεσπότης, όμορφος χώρος με όμορφη ατμόσφαιρα, το wc και οι κρεβατοκαμαρες πεντακάθαρα ολα, ήσυχο σπίτι και βρήκα πολύ εύκολα parking. Υπάρχουν στην περιοχή ελληνικά εστιατόρια, super market και mini market 24h πολυ βολική περιοχή. Θα ξανά πηγενα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη

Pros: Nektarios is een geweldige host. Prettige ontvangst en leuke tips gekregen om in de omgeving te doen. Het appartement is superschoon en alles is aanwezig. Tram is op loopafstand bereikbaar.

Pros: Πολύ άνετο και καλόγουστο σαλόνι. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο. Μεγάλη και εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Αρκετά άνετο το στρώμα στο ένα υπνοδωμάτιο. Πολύ καλός κλιματισμός.

Cons: Το κρεβάτι στο κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο πολύ χαμηλό με άβολο στρώμα. Η πόρτα στο δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο δεν ανοιγόκλεινε εύκολα γιατί μάγκωνε έντονα στο πάτωμα.
