Nice apartment with potential

Pros: Well situated apartment, with a nice balcony, a cosy living room and a view on the St-Nicolas church. Very well aerated and with all the equipment you need for a stay in Athens.

Cons: The main door cannot be closed easily and should probably be replaced. The door stops have become worn out. One of the windows doesn’t close. The air conditioning in the bedroom (in contrast to the living room) is quite old. All of these can be solved with some further renovation, to make the apartment more competitive with many others in the neighbourhood. The owner is friendly but was not very flexible with respect to our plans that we had to adapt a few times (admittedly) for family reasons.

Pros: Very convenient location within walking distance from metro (tube/underground) station. Safe and relatively quiet neighbourhood. Off street parking was easy despite being in a densely populated area of Athens. Many choices of food /coffee/supermarket close to the apartment.

Cons: Bed linen was dirty. There were black and brown stains, dust and hair.

We really enjoyed our stay!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay and I loved the fact that it felt like home!!! The host is very friendly and supportive!!!

Pros: The host was very kind and helpful. The flat is in a very good location, in a both safe and accessible road. The flat has everything you could need with also a nice balcony as a bonus. Spacious rooms, clean and beautiful.

Costas was great. Waited for us at flat with the keys. Always replied at once to text messages.

Pros: location was good, apartment clean and bright and airy. Apartment seemed newly renovated and was well supplied with coffee machines, water kettle, iron, etc. Comfortable beds and wonderful full balcony.

Cons: Such a good breeze through apartment so a few wooden or rubber wedges to keep interior doors from blowing shut would be useful.

Pros: My nephew and I visited Athens on 6th-9th of April this year. We had an apartment from Pagrati apartment in Formionos number 39 on the fifth floor. First, the host (Kostas) was very friendly and helpful The place was quite comfortable, not much people in the street, restaurants near and all kind of shops as well. If you like to walk, you could do it to the most visited museums; otherwise, with a taxi ride was not expensive to get them. The apartment was clean, light, with a terrace and furniture in it. We had a big TV (in case you wanted to watch it), Internet access, a very god equipped kitchen, with wash machine. We were very satisfy and we give the best reference to the owners

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Pros: Sehr angenehme Unterkunft, schöne Wohnung, gute Lage.

Pros: Stanovanje je zelo dobro opremljeno, z lahkoto si sam pripraviš kosilo.

Pros: Spacious and comfortable. Big balcony. Nice e view out kitchen window

Cons: No complaints at all. I. Fact Costa even met us a few days later so we could retrieve a Pair of glasses left behind by mistake. That was very nice e of him.
