Beautiful apartment with a lovely terrace

Pros: Beautiful apartment with a lovely terrace and great equipment, perfectly located close to everything. Communication was quick and easy – I’d be happy to come back anytime!

Cons: Just a minor issue: the bathroom drain could use a fix to prevent a sewage smell. Apart from that, everything was excellent – it’s a beautiful apartment, and it would be great to take care of this small detail.

Beautiful house with an excellent location.

Pros: Excellent location. The flat was close to Plaka and had all the amenities. Staff were very helpful and responded quickly to queries. Beautiful flat with a nice balcony. The air-conditioning was working in the bedrooms.

Cons: The wifi was not working but we had our mobile phone Internet so it was fine. One sore point was that the air-conditioning in the living room was woefully inadequate. You have to leave it on for long periods for the room to cool. And it really gets hot especially in the living room. Despite this it still requires a 10 out of 10.

Amplio, cómodo y céntrico

Pros: La ubicación muy centrico, la amplitud de la casa y la comodidad

Cons: Aunque en general estaba muy bien, quizá el cuarto de baño necesita una actualización y un poco más de menaje en cuanto a sartenes.

Departamento hermoso, muy céntrico y a unos pasos de la acrópolis 😉

Pros: Hermoso departamento! Me gustó la ubicación, el espacio tal cual las fotos ♥️

Cons: La tina de baño, dice hidromasaje pero no es. Le falta limpieza justo en la tina y su cortina.

דירה שהיא חוויה!🩵

Pros: דירה נפלאה ממש במרכז אתונה, 3 דקות הליכה מהאקרופוליס ושכונת פלאקה וכמה דקות משכונת קוקאקי שיש בה מלא בתי קפה וברים. מתחת לבניין מסעדה נהדרת במחירים מעולים ובהמשך הרחוב יש בר ספורט מגניב. יש גם סופרמרקט ממש לא רחוק. הדירה בקומה 5 כך שהרעש מרחוב הוא ברקע בלבד ורק מוסיף לאווירה. הדירה מרווחת, נקייה ומרוהטת באותנטיות, בלי טיפת איקאה😉 מלא ספייס ופינות לשבת בהם או רק להסתכל ומרפסת ענקית שפונה לרחוב התוסס. הקשר עם בעלי הדירה, שזו חברה שמנהלת את הנכס, היה מיידי וקיבלנו עזרה לא רק בכל הנוגע לדירה אלא גם לגבי מסעדות מומלצות, חניה וכל שאלה שהייתה לנו. גם המחיר היה מצוין ביחס למקום ולמה שהדירה מציעה. נוחה לגישה גם לאנשים מבוגרים.

Cons: לא קשור לדירה, אבל למי שמגיע עם רכב קחו בחשבון שקשה עד בלתי אפשרי למצוא חניה ברחוב או באיזור והחניות בתשלום די יקרות
