Pros: εξαιρετικό concept, απολαυση ο πριβε κηπακος. Το κρεβατι προσφερει -αν κ αρχικα δεν γεμιζε το ματι- εναν ΚΑΤΑΠΛΗΚΤΙΚΟ υπνο!!

Cons: Ίσως να υπήρχε ενας μικρός χώρος ντουλαπας για ρουχα. Αν κ υπήρχε χώρος (νομιζω), οι τελικές διαστάσεις του χώρου καθιστούν δυσχερή την εισοδο/εξοδο απο μπλακόνι λόγω κρεβατιού.
