Amazing stay for 5 in the beautiful area of Syntagma!

Pros: The location of the apartment was amazing and also the kindness of the property manager! He was very responsive and accommodating. It's good enough to host 5 people comfortably. There is also a supermarket downstairs and lots of restaurants and shops. I loved the area of Syntagma.

Pros: I booked the apartment in May 2025. Throughout this period I communicated very well and nicely with Giorgos, the owner. There are a multitude of bus/trolleybus/tram stops and metro stations nearby that make your travel easier. Excellent location, with easy and short access to major attractions. Nice view of Lycabettus Hill. Nearby restaurants and a well-equipped supermarket. The apartment is well equipped for two people for a long period. Giorgos, the host, responds promptly and effectively to all requests. Although it was December-January, we did not need heat. Sufficient hot water in the kitchen and bathroom. Clean and safe apartment. The elevator works normally. It definitely deserves a 10 out of 10. The internet is awesome and fast.

Cons: Because the street buildings are close together, the traffic noise is a little disturbing, but you get used to it quickly.

Pros: The apartment is spacious with 2 big bed rooms at a excellent location, near of all the top attractions. Downstairs is a supermarket and in the area there is a lot of stores and restaurants. Syntagma and Monastiraki metrostation is just 7 minutes walk. The owner responded very fast and friendly to questions. We had a pleasant stay, definitely recommended!

Great family apartment close to everything.

Pros: Excellent location for exploring Athens. Supermarket and nice cafes and restaurants on your doorstep

Voula's apartment is a perfect base to start ( or resume) your visit to Athens

Pros: Voula's apartment is on the second floor accessible by stairs or a lift. It's very bright, comfortable and spacious with lovely wooden floors, large refrigerator , washing machine balcony with seating overlooking Amerikis St. The location is fabulous with easy walking to Parliament House( for changing of the guards) Plaka and historical sites. There are cafes and bakeries in the street for breakfast, lunch and coffees. We enjoyed staying there for 2 nights and would definitely return. George was a great host and corresponded promptly to our requests.

Cons: The only thing I'd say here is that there were no provisions apart from a few small bathroom necessities. Luckily we had our own tea, coffee sugar etc so it didn't affect our stay but it did seem unusual not to provide this especially if you arrive late like we did.

Very good appartement

Pros: Very good place / not far from Syntagma. Easy to go everywhere. Supermarket in the street. Restaurants all around.

Cons: (Need more cooking utensils).

Great apartment in the centre of Athens.

Pros: The apartment was as shown on the pictures on Booking.com. The contact with the host was great and all my messages with questions were answered more or less right away. There was also a gift given to us by the host, for Easter. Very much appreciated. The apartment was in the centre of Athens and everything was within walking distance. A supermarket was right next door, and the Syntagma metro was a 5 minute walk away. All famous sights were also a short walk away. It was also nice to have a balcony, where you could sit and enjoy something to drink and relax. I would for sure stay there again and can highly recommend the apartment.

Nice place

Pros: Location is perfect, airport transfer is so easy. by foot you can see everywhere. If we will visit Athens, probably we will stay again.
