Location! Location! Location! and more!!

Pros: Truly a home away from home! This property was exactly as pictured and even more spacious than we expected. On arrival, we were met by Constantinos who happily welcomed us, gave us a quick tour of the property and explained how to use the AC, water heater and washing machine. He also recommended a fabulous rooftop restaurant (18 Ermou) that had a vibrant atmosphere, excellent and well priced food with incredible views of the sunset and the Acropolis. This apartment was a clean, comfortable and very quiet oasis located close to and within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops and all of Athens' top sights. It was also very close to subway and bus stops. We felt very safe walking in the neighbourhood. Our stay at Acroplis Sweet Home 2 exceeded our expectations!

The Great Acropolis Sweet House!

Pros: I was really amazed by this beautiful and quiet apartment and the fact that it is one of the cleanest houses I have ever lived in! 😍 The apartment is fully renovated and the host was so kind, friendly and helpful to me, too! It is only 100metres from the museum of Acropolis and so close (400m) from The Parthenon and PLAKA area. Moreover the area is literally indicated to live because everything is so close, from supermarkets and coffee shops to great restaurants and traditional taverns. I would recommend it 100% to everyone who would like to walk at the traditional streets around Acropolis and live the experience of the historical center of Athens, combining it with relaxing in a great house too! Thank you so much! I will be back soon!

Beau séjour au coeur d'Athènes

Pros: Situation parfaite à deux pas de l'Acropole et de la station de métro du même nom. Rue passante mais l'appartement ne donne pas directement sur la rue et est donc très calme. Nous avons été très bien reçues par l'équipe BNBrooms (Dimitris ?) qui gère l'appartement et qui a eté très serviable et réactif tout au long de notre séjour. L'appartement était chauffé pendant quelques heures en fin d'après-midi, ce qui en cette saison etait suffisant. La chambre et la salle de bain sont parfaites. L'appartement est bien pour deux personnes mais serait très incomfortable pour trois ou quatre

Cons: - L'appartement est situé au rez-de -chaussée, les fenêtres donnent sur de minuscules cours et des murs lépreux, donc il est très sombre : il faut sortir sur la minuscule terrasse (guère utile) pour voir un morceau de ciel (bleu pendant notre séjour). On doit donc mettre la lumière électrique dès le matin... mais nous étions dehors toute la journée donc ce n'est pas très grave. - Le canapé-lit du séjour est TRES TRES INCOMFORTABLE, pour y dormir et même pour s'asseoir (et comme de plus il est très bas, ce n'est pas très facile pour s'en relever). Il n'y a pas vraiment de siège comfortable dans l'appartement. - L'éclairage de la chambre est TRES insuffisant, on ne peut pas y lire ni rien y faire (sauf dormir...). - La table de la cuisine est très petite (tout juste bien pour deux) et les chaises incomfortables (il n'y en a d'ailleurs que deux). - Quelques petites améliorations de détail pourraient être apportées (fermeture des placards de la cuisine, éclairage de la chambre, une étagère dans le frigidaire...) ce qui rendrait l'appartement presque parfait ... ... et notre séjour a été très agréable !
