A great place to stay in Athens

Pros: Wonderful location - a quiet corner near almost everything. Very comfortable, lots of space, even including a washing machine and a nice view from the terrace while hanging the clothes to dry! Very helpful and responsive hosts.

Cons: Just a bit of a walk to nearest metro but we managed it fine.

Quiet area with nice surrounding

Pros: The appartment is in the quiet residential area of Koukaki. But beware, there seems to be a slow changeover to a gentrified bar scene. There are already some nice bars and restaurants, but they are sufficiently far away, so you do not hear anything. There is a big terrace where you get some sun in the morning. I came in february and the frst days and nights it was very cold (1°C). The airco was already on when I came and it took about 24h to heat the appartment up. Once the sun comes out, it gets warmer. I really liked the service (there was mineral water) and I recommend this appartment away from the tourist crowd with some very nice restaurants and bars in the vicinity

Como en casa

Pros: El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado y limpio, en una zona tranquila pero con locales para comer o tomar unas copas cerca y a 20 minutos a pie del centro histórico. Los anfitriones nos ofrecieron todo tipo de facilidades, una experiencia a repetir.

Pros: Proprietaria molto gentile, appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, è presente un terrazzo meraviglioso e arieggiato con un tavolino e delle sdraio. Entrambe le camere hanno l'aria condizionata.

Pros: Muy buena situación, a pocos minutos del centro (principales monumentos). Bien equipado y cómodo. Katerina, la propietaria, es una anfitriona excelente. Buena terraza aunque no la pudimos apreciar demasiado por el calor

Pros: Gute Lage und tolle Dachterrasse! Viele Cafés und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Rollos und Fahrstuhl waren vorhanden.

Pros: El apartamento estaba muy bien situado, en un barrio tranquilo, pero cerca caminando de los principales puntos turísticos de la ciudad. Además el apartamento estaba muy bien equipado con todas las comodidades para una estancia placentera en la ciudad. Lo recomiendo 100%

Pros: Hieman kävelymatkaa metrolle, kun matkalaukut mukana. Muuten, kun joka tapauksessa kävelimme paljon, se ei häirinnyt. Erittäin rauhallinen ja hiljainen asunto. Reilun kokoinen kattoterassi.
