An Exceptionally Pleasant Stay with Everything You Need

Pros: I had an absolutely wonderful and satisfying stay. The interior has been recently renovated with a modern touch and was incredibly clean. The atmosphere throughout the place felt warm and stylish, with thoughtful, tasteful decor. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which made things super convenient for everyone. The house was fully equipped with every kind of kitchenware and tool you could possibly need—nothing was missing! Communication with the host was excellent as well—responses were always quick and there was no delay at all.

Cons: If I had to mention one minor downside, it would be that the location is a bit removed from the main streets where most restaurants and shops are. However, there’s a supermarket just two blocks away, so it wasn’t a big issue.

Pros: A very large and comfortable apartment, beautifully renovated and located on the top floor of the building. The apartment is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances. The downside is the building’s poor insulation – heat escapes from the rooms quickly. At night, we were woken up by the sound of metal hitting the roof.

Pros: Beautifully designed, well equipped and clean. Spacious bedrooms, living space and multiple balconies. Superb location for exploring Glyfada and Athens. Hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

Beautifully appointed unit, very large kitchen, front room/dining room - VERY Clean.

Pros: Exceptionally redone apartment, beautiful and comfortable furnishings and kitchen. Bathrooms were super clean and well appointed, including lighted mirrors and rain head shower in master bath. Everything you would need if you were using the kitchen. Multiple balconies bring in the sunshine. Large washer/dryer and drying rack on the kitchen balcony. Walking distance to main shopping area in Glyfada. Host checked in on us several times via email/text and was very helpful. Air conditioning units were newer, they all worked well during our stay (we were there during a heat wave).

Cons: Elevator is very small; one must be careful with small children since it is not up to US standards (keep your arms away from the wall). If you want to use the stairs, they are very narrow, and ceiling is low coming down to first floor. Host speaks many languages, but not Greek, slight communication issue - easier to email/text with her.

Un séjour charmant et confortable au cœur de Glyfada.

Pros: Norma et Rafic ont été des hôtes charmants. Leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. La maison contient tous les éléments de confort, que ce soit la literie et les serviettes de grande qualité, les toilettes privées pour chaque chambre ou la cuisine avec tous ses éléments choisis avec soin. Le salon est vaste et confortable, la table à manger est extensible et le balcon est idéal pour un petit déjeuner au soleil. La rue est calme ainsi que les alentours, notamment l'arrière cour de l'immeuble qui consiste en un espace peuplé de grands arbres. La cuisine étant ouverte sur le salon, l'appartement profite d'une belle lumière du soleil toute la journée ce qui le rend extrêmement agréable. La plage ainsi que la rue commerçante qui contient les restaurants sont à quelques minutes à pieds, ainsi que la ligne de tram qui mène vers Athènes. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.
