Great host and a fantastic apartment with sea view.

Pros: The host was great and welcoming, kind and polite. The apartment itself is very spacious and great overall with a very nice view of the sea from the balcony.

Cons: The only 'flaw' would be a lack of a washing machine. Or, at least, we did not find it in the apartment. Other than that, it was a fantastic place to stay.

Great stay in a lovely apartment

Pros: Spacious and clean apartment, in one of the nicest areas of Athens. It has a big balcony with a great view, where one can enjoy a wonderful sunset! The owner, Mr. Petros, is very kind and welcomed us upon arrival. He also provided us with details about the apartment and the nearby locations!

Cons: At the time of our visit there was a building constructed right next to the apartment. We had some noise disturbance, but nothing significant. In case you intend to stay for several days, perhaps you need to take into account that - currently - there is no washing machine. The owner said that he is going to take care of it soon.

Fantastic stay, I will recommend this place to friends and family

Pros: It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom were a good size with good pressure in the showers. The hosts were fantastic and provided amenities. There was a lift so you didn’t have to carry heavy luggage upstairs. I would highly recommend this apartment. There was air conditioning in all rooms and it worked really well.

Cons: Nothing to complain about

Pros: J'ai tout aimé dans cet appartement, la propreté, le calme, la grande espace de l'appartement, la propreté de la vaisselle, il manque uniquement le lave-linge, pour un long séjour, il faut absolument qu'il y ait un lave-linge et en plus il faut qu'il y ait un double jeu de clé quand on est plus sue 2 personnes, sinon tout était parfait.

Cons: Qu'il n'y avait pas de lave-linge

Pros: Spazi grandi,terrazzo ampio, casa confortevole. Dovevo lavorare e ho usufruito di un'ottima connessione. Camere da letto ampie e molti armadi. Tutto perfetto.

Cons: La assenza di due mazzi completi di chiavi. Elettricità funziona solo con un mazzo. Abbiamo insistito per avere il secondo mazzo di chiavi ma non era comprensivo della placca per attivare l'elettricità. Qui di bisogna sempre entrare e uscire insieme. La sera non si può rientrare se non si possiede il secondo mazzo di chiavi perché. Portone viene chiuso a chiave. Spero che i proprietari provvederanno a sistemare in futuro forando le persone di due mazzi completi. Per gli spostamenti necessario avere la macchina!
