Pros: Excellent location near the Acropolis, fully equipped apartment with a large terrace on the fifth floor. The exit from the building -directly to a promenade full of greenery and cafes.
Cons: A constant, unpleasant smell of garbage in the stairwell (it persists; I was there twice within a year), unfortunately this is beyond the control of the apartment owner.

Nice apartment in a great neighbourhood.
Pros: Great safe location, very spacious, well equipped kitchen, clean, superb sized balcony with nice furniture. Aircon in living area and main bedroom, although we didn’t need to use it because we visited in October. Plenty of great restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity, filled with locals. Koukaki is a great area away from the tourist traps.
Cons: Beds are very hard, a mattress topper would make them more comfortable. We ended up laying on top of the quilts. Shower is standard Greek style, no hook on the wall, so you have to hold it when washing hair. There was a washing machine in the bathroom, however no plug attached - it would’ve been good if this was in working order.

Great location! Incredibly value for money
Pros: Amazing location. Lots of restaurants nearby and luggage storage place 100m away. Host was very helpful and all we needed was available
Cons: Had to wait 30 minutes before you are able to take a shower and not enough warm water for everyone so you have to stagger shower times

Nice apartment in a reall great location.
Pros: The apartment is really nice, very spacious. The location is absolutely great with lots of restaurants basically just downstairs.
Cons: The second smaller bedroom didn’t have A/C somit was super warm. Not sure if this was mentioned. We only stayed 2 nights so it was okay. But for. Longer stay in the summer, this could be an issue.

Spacious, comfortable apartment in great location
Pros: The location is amazing. next to 2 metro stations and the flat is on a leafy pedestrian piece of the road. various restaurants and coffee places nearby as well as supermarket and shops. the actual flat is spacious and comfortable. bathroom, towels, and bed linen as clean as it can be. the air conditioners work marvellously ( very important in the Greek Summer). Very nice place to stay in Athens. I recommend this place, specially if you are looking to stay near the Parthenon!

Decent apartment with a huge terrace in a good location
Pros: There is an elevator, AC works, bathroom and kitchen spacious, huge terrace, location, wifi. We asked for an iron and it was provided. Spacious living are with TV. Around 10-15 minute walk to the heart of the city
Cons: It was good in general, however one of the bedrooms did not have AC. So you need to use the living area one and keep the door to that bedroom open.

Great location!
Pros: Great location, proximity to Acropolis, variety of local shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds, all the basic needs met. We loved the balcony.
Cons: The decor is somewhat old-fashioned, but in perfect order and all the needs met. Having to switch the boiler on and off to be able to use hot water. But these are all minor points, overall stay was very pleasant and enjoyable.
