Pros: The apartment was incredibly clean, modern, and located in a perfect spot for exploring the city.

Cons: The street noise was a bit loud at night, though it didn't ruin the overall stay.

will definately come back to this apartment next summer when we return

Cons: no bins at corner of street to put our rubbish in? Council problem ? We had to walk and find a bin to put our rubbish in from upstairs!

This our 20th time travelling to Athens . This is the best apartment we have stayed in and the communication with staff

Pros: The location , the details such as not only they had filter machine b u t filter coffee and all the essentials to drink your first coffee in the room 😁because I am an early bird (6 o clock) Also I felt very save there and I will surely recommend it !!and also that they had s a f e luggage storage because our flight was very late!!!

Excellent location, fair accommodation

Pros: The location is excellent, the place is simple but has all basics covered ( if you don’t attend to cook), it’s spacious as well, nothing exceptional but you get what you pay for basically. Although there is no reception, staffed seemed quite attentive and responsive.

Cons: The place is a bit worn out already, there is a kitchen but although we didn’t plan on cooking, from what I saw, there isn’t much if anything to cook anyway, the fridge does come convenient though. Our main concern was the cleaning, the place is mostly clean, but there is mold in the shower, pipes flies everywhere, we found a dirty Qtip in the closet, hangers where sticky, etc…not the end of the world, but all these details adding up did spoil our experience in the end…

Pros: Place in the city center, clean and excellent service, On our next visit we will book an apartment.

Perfect apartment in the center of the good life of Greece

Pros: Excellent location with easy access to the metro, and you could easily get around the city on foot. The street was particularly quiet, despite being only a few meters away from the lively Psiri area. I should also note that the area is safe.

Cons: Regarding the apartment, it would be helpful to have access to cleaning supplies (e.g., a broom, mop, etc.). Although it was easy for us to take out the trash, we would have needed access to cleaning supplies to keep the apartment clean. Also, a more efficient hair dryer would be appreciated. Finally, I should note that, as mentioned in other reviews, we also found bed bugs.

Enjoying the holiday in Athens, Filia Place was my smart choice

Pros: Very good location, easy to reach to those scenes in Athens; and Nice restaurants nearby ensured my good feeling and funs in Athens. Hotel is quite and safe.

Amazing Location - Can bypass some niggles for this.

Pros: The place is really central so it is easy to walk in to the centre of Athens and to travel to most places in the city by foot. It is also close to the Metro stations for travel.

Cons: This is advertised as a soundproof room however you can very much hear what noise is being made out in the corridors and even in the room next to this. There was also a lack of communication on arrival day to do with transport strike that was happening and we only found out when we landed.
