CAS Athens Center Apartments

Great location, newly renovated, very spacious.

Pros: It is a spacious, very comfortable sofa. Newly renovated. Fantastic location. Great facilities, ie shower pressure great, toiletries available, toaster, kettle, hairdryer with diffuser. Tv in every room. Iron with ironing board. Secure door.

Cons: The bathroom, like many walk in showers, leaks. They've put in a second drain but they really need a strip drain. Just dont put out the bath mat. The water will eventually drain back in. Its a noisy area, because its right on a main road. Keep the balcony and window shuttera doqn at night to help with thw noise. Its not terrible, if youre used to a city, but its noticeable. Also, note to management. Put some up some coat hooks for Winter. Not a deal breaker, but would be useful. That cupboard by the TV unit, who's going to use that on their holiday, take out the shelves, and repurpose it into a coat closet. Also get a new cover for the ironing board and put some mirrors in the bedrooms.

Pros: The hosts were available and really kind and tried to help with anything needed. The location of the apartment is perfect. The location is at the city center, a minute walk to Syntagma Square where the metro station is also located that takes you anywhere you want to go. Near the apartment are all the shopping, entertainment and restaurant areas, yet it is located on a quiet street. The apartment is new and sparkling clean. The design is stunning and you have everything you need in the apartment. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and we highly recommend

Central location. Balcony was a nice bonus.

Pros: Very central location. Bars and restaurants nearby.

Cons: Road noise was a little excessive.

Pros: Excellent central location. Instructions to check in were promptly and accurately communicated. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Close to transport. Apartment is clean and very comfortable. The washing machine comes in very handy.

Cons: Being on the first floor, could hear the traffic. Thankfully it is not on the Main Street.

Beautiful place

Pros: Spacious, clean, nicely decorated, very central, walking distance to everywhere!!

Cons: Extreme noise from the traffic on the street. If you are a light sleeper be prepared for some sleepless nights…

Great Location, Comfortable Stay, but Noisy at Night

Pros: I loved the location – it’s fantastic! In just 10-15 minutes of walking, you can easily reach the main tourist attractions of Athens. On the ground floor, there’s a charming café offering delicious baked goods, sweets, and excellent coffee, which made our mornings even better. The area is full of great restaurants, giving plenty of options to choose from for dining. The rooms are spacious and very clean, which added to the overall comfort of our stay.

Cons: However, the apartment is located on the first floor, right next to a busy boulevard, which makes it extremely noisy, especially during the night. Unfortunately, the apartment lacks soundproofing, so the constant traffic noise can be quite disturbing. Additionally, there is a defect in a nearby streetlight cable, which creates a metallic bell-like noise during vibrations—adding to the overall noise level. Another downside is that the apartment has only one bathroom, which might be inconvenient for larger groups.

Pros: The couch was amazing and so comfortable. The Tv with access to Netflix and Amazon etc was great, also having TV’s in both bedrooms. The fridge freezer was the perfect size and having a washing machine and drying space was so useful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to Athens. Location was excellent too

Perfect stay in new, modern, clean, spacious, high end apartment in central Athens!

Pros: Brilliant central location. Brand new, spacious and exceedingly clean luxe apartment.

Cons: Some traffic noise and church bells early Sunday morning from church across the road but added to the experience. Owner needs to address drainage issue in shower as bathroom floor fills with water whilst shower is on.

Fantastic stay in modern apartment!

Pros: Excellent modern apartment in a central location to sites and restaurants as well as metro. Lift access and two good sized bedrooms and lots of light and cafe conveniently located a few metres away!

Pros: La posizione è centralissima. L'appartamento (A1) è ampio e molto luminoso, l'A2 ha la stessa metratura ma meno luminoso, una camera ha la finestra che dà nella tromba delle scale. La cucina sembrava avere tutto il necessario ma abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori e quindi non utilizzata. Buona la pulizia e comodi i materassi. I figli hanno usato la TV ed era compreso Netflix per chi fosse interessato. Il proprietario risponde prontamente fornendo le soluzioni richieste. Il palazzo ha il portinaio nei giorni feriali.

Cons: Una grande pecca è il bagno. Per quanto si faccia attenzione nel fare la doccia velocemente, si allaga tutto il bagno perché lo scarico non è sufficiente e la porta di vetro sotto è aperta. Ogni volta era necessario costruire una diga con gli asciugamani. L'A2 ha la doccia chiusa ed è meglio, in compenso perde acqua il doccino accanto al water e anche il lavandino. L'appartamento A1 ha le camere affacciate sulla strada principale ed è parecchio rumoroso anche con le finestre chiuse, l'A2 è più tranquillo. Le scale per andare verso l'appartamento potrebbero essere mantenute meglio.
