Modern flat in city center

Pros: Comfortable studio with balcony on the first floor of a residential building in downtown Athens, yet quiet environment, just a couple of minutes on foot from the metro exit. Very friendly and helpful owner family living next door. Well furnished apartment with all necessary facilities, very well equiped kitchen, fast internet. Hand made pralines as a welcome gesture. Value for money, recomendable wth no hesitations.

Pros: Good communication, central location. Great bakery near by. Close to hop on hop off bus. Had everything we needed.

Cons: Noisy at night, until about 11pm, think there is a music dance venue next door, not sure. We were there on the weekend and had a very early flight, wouldn't have bothered us otherwise.

Pros: Evi is fantastic.we arrived on a day where there was a national public transport and taxi strike. Evi picked us up! Top apartment - close to all the attractions. We walked to the acropolis and the surrounding areas. Everything was perfect!

Pros: Very homely feel, as if you’re staying with a friend that has a cool apartment in Athens. Great shower. Friendly, helpful hosts. Very close to the station and city center was walkable. At night the neighbourhood feels a bit rough, but we (2 females) felt safe enough.

Pros: The host is incredibly friendly and nice. She made sure we had everything we needed and even baked some homemade sweets for us. Would definitely repeat if I go back to Athens.

Pros: Lovely and accommodating hosts. We had a great stay here, good location, nice and quiet, and the apartment was a great size for us. Lots of little touches that made the place comfy and homely!

Great apartment for a couple!

Pros: We enjoyed our stay and everything was perfect for four nights. I especially appreciated how well the apartment is equipped - from iron and hairdryer to coffee machine. Communication was quick and easy and hosts surprised us with bottled water and chocolate snack on our first day. :)

Pros: The apartment is cozy, located close to the subway, in a quiet neighborhood - perfect for getting around and getting a good night's sleep. It has all necessary amenities and everything looks just like in the pictures. Evi was very hospitable, communicated very well and was more than kind to arrange for a late check-in and a late checkout. This flexibility really made my stay much better. I really appreciated the chocolates, the lemon juice and the cold water I found in the fridge on my arrival - a nice gesture and a very welcome treat that late at night, all stores closed. Very pleasant stay, good value for the money and hospitality. I will definitely book again and I recommend whole-heartedly.
