Pros: Everything is very good. The facilities are very good. Just be mindful that the check out(10 AM) is very early in case you have an evening flight.

Pros: very clean and tidy- recently refurbished. basement room. ideal short bolt hole close to metro and lots of buses just 15 mins from centre of Athens. Owner very helpful on phone and kept in touch. lovely shower. Big firdge, good cooker... Very safe inside altho the outside is not the most pleasant looking but as i know the area it is very safe..opposite a park and a school so daytime not silent but certainly wasnt too noisy. would use it again for convenience ....water and coffee was available for us.

Cons: could have more than one pillow. no blanket available as i was cold in the night. Not enough crockery- 1 bowl and 3 plates. only minor details

Pros: Clean room, private, good facilities, perfect comunication with owner.

Cons: Because the room is in the cellar, the air is more humid, so clothes cannot dry properly.

Pros: Underground apartment which means that there was pleasant temperature and we did not need to turn the AC on very often (in the summer). We liked that there was Netflix available in the TV. Apartment looked new and luxurious.

Cons: Bed was not very comfortable and AC is located right above the bed.

Perfect place for short stays

Pros: The house was very clean and modern and fits the description. It has almost all comforts and I would definitely recommend it for a short stay. Communication was very fast and the host was really kind and responsive. AC works great and all the subsidiary comforts are present (TV, boiler, some coffee).

Cons: I wouldn't suggest the house for a stay longer than a couple of nights since it is quite humid. Boiler works well but the amount of warm water produced is enough for one shower only (so you'll have to wait other 30 mins or so for a second one). The area is a bit sketchy during the night even though tha apartment is located 5 mins away from the tube, nonetheless there is quite nothing to see near the apartment, so you will be dependent on transportations.

Good and cheap but in quite “dangerous” location and steamy smell in the apartment all the time.

Cons: it was very steamy, it was impossible to open the windows because they face the street and everything was visible from the outside, no air flow , things and clothes were not able to dry

Perfect for 2 persons without car.

Pros: A cozy spot in the center of Athens. Perfect for 2 persons. Everything was based on the descriptions provided in the site. The landlord was extremely professional and always available to support you.

Cons: Parking is a challenge in the area.

Modern apartment in Athens.

Pros: The apartment is very modern looking, well equipped and clean, however, you have to consider the area where it is located. The owner was contacting us before coming that we have to get the keys from a locker and everything went well.

Cons: The area itself is not the best in Athens, but it is not the apartment's fault. It was not dangerous, but it was very messy, dirty and with sketchy people. For a one night stay it was perfect though.

Pros: Really clean room with lots of stuff, you can cook yourself some meals in nice kitchen, lie in very comfortable bed and look at netflix included in price of this room (we catched a great price day before). There is self check in and check out and its really easy and fast. You can ask owner through whatsapp and he answers fast.

Cons: Only downside is that its partially underground, so you have privacy, but the room is not lit by natural light. But thats really just minor inconvinience, not entirely a bad thing.
