Modern Athens Apartment with Large Private Balcony

Wonderful experience

Pros: Very clean and tidy， great location and easy to find, the host replied very fast to all of our questions

Pros: Everything was wonderful, the room was spotless. The bed linens and towels were clean and of good quality. The kitchen had fruit, yogurt, eggs, various teas, coffee, granola, jams, honey, butter, olive oil, and soup. It's in a central location, within walking distance of everything. The bathroom had everything you might need. The host was very helpful and explained every detail. Parking is nearby; there's a reserved spot for you when you arrive. We definitely recommend it and would certainly choose it again when we come back.

The perfect apartment to explore the city centre of Athens

Pros: Excellent apartment, very nicely decorated clean and comfortable in a perfect location to explore the city centre. You can also get a glimpse of Lycabettus hill from the balcony.The host was also very nice and provided us with a lot of information.

Great value for money !!!!

Pros: Everything is excellent. From balcony you can also see the top of Lycabittus hill. In the very heart of Athens with 2 min to main street.

Cons: Only the elevator was the only minus , but interesting time travel 😀😀 Nothing negative !!

Pros: The apartment is modern, clean and incredibly comfortable. It is open plan, airy and also has the benefit of a large private balcony, from which it is hard to believe that you are located in the centre of Athens and close to all amenities. The owner provided good instructions about where to find the property and how to gain access. It is very well equipped with everything you might need for a self catering stay, although there are plenty of good eateries to be found close by. Although our visit was in October, we made use of the air conditioning as it was still quite warm. We had a fantastic few days there and were very pleased at the affordability of such a centrally located property. Highly recommended.

Fab city break in perfect central location in Athens

Pros: Large and roomy, very clean and tidy, perfect central location

Cons: Hard to keep floor from getting wet due to overspray from shower.

Pros: Fresh, newly refurbished, everything you need is there

Cons: There’s building work in the next door apartment and the workers started at 8am, which wasn’t great but it’s not related to the apartment, so can’t help it. Hopefully the work will be finished soon.

Perfect stay in central Athens

Pros: Beautiful, clean, comfortable apartment with everything you could need in a great location in Athens. It exceeded my expectations and made the end of our holiday perfect. There were lovely plush pillows and bedding, the best in our experience of 6 different places this trip. Fabulous shower and all you need in a kitchen with a variety of products available for guests to use. Very thoughtful, well - selected items, really enjoyable - thank you! And best of all - good sleep quality with the good soundproofing and efficient air con. The large balcony is an added bonus which we didn't really have time to enjoy.

Cons: Just getting in to the precinct with the lock boxes etc, but when you have done it once it is not a problem.

Pros: It felt like home. It was in prime location with wonderful views of Lykabithos. Bed was so comfortable and kitchen was handy with snacks which was a nice touch.loved it . We would definitely come back.

Cons: Everything was perfect We didn't want to leave.
