Acropolis within 10min. walk!

Perfect apartment near Acropolis, Plaka, Monastiraki with parking

Pros: Apartment is nice, cozy and clean on the first floor with easy access. Its has everything you need, even washing machine, extra bed for kid and free parking in the street. Location of the apartment is perfect, by foot near the Acropolis, Plaka, Monastiraki, Panathenaic stadium, National garden, metro station, tram and bus stations. Despina was always at disposal and communication with her was perfect. She even put coffee pack someday at our door and made traditional Greek cookies for welcome, which were waiting for us in the kitchen when we came. Great experience, and we will definitely come back again.

Pros: From the property it was an easy and interesting walk to the Acropolis. The apartment is furnished plainly and is clean and well equipped. There is air-conditioning in the bedroom and the door out onto the small balcony cuts out the noise from the street. Our host pointed out on the map several local places to eat and our meals there were very good.

Nice and cozy apartment with all needed and perfect location

Pros: Most of all we liked the welcome and greeting, wonderful hospitality of the host Despina. She received us personally, explained everything needed and gave lots of useful advice (also about what to do in Athens, how it would be better to get to some locations, where to eat, etc). She is very friendly, kind and helpful, one of the best hosts that we have ever met. The apartment itself is nice and clean, it gives you a kind of feel as if you come to visit some of your family members somewhere in the meaning that the apartment is cozy and provides you with everything that you need for a short stay. We really appreciated that there is a washing machine in the apartment! And we also liked the location and that part of the city as it is more for common Athens citizen than for tourists. From the other side it is still very central and easy to get anywhere on foot or by public transport.

Cons: Sometimes it can be a bit loud due to pasing motorbikes and cars, but I think Athens in general is not really a quite and peaceful place, so that was also okay

Pros: Well equiped facilities, clean and comfortable room.

Cons: Slightly far distance from public transfer station.

Great location, clean apartment, great host

Pros: A decent sized apartment within 10 minute walk from Acropolis and other main historical monuments. Soap, shower gel and shampoo were provided which was great, as we didn't bring our own. The host also provided us with water.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Well equipped kitchen. Good location in a calm neighborhood. Supermarket two minutes away and of course the Acropolis easily walkable.

Pros: Perfect location, close to the Acropolis and other interesting places. The host was very helpful and friendly.
