Pros: The apartment is large and well laid out. The kitchen has everything we needed with a nice lounge area and a spacious balcony. The children each had their own room as did we.

A wonderful stay with a welcoming host who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Pros: We arrived quite late, but our host was incredibly kind and welcoming. He made sure we felt comfortable right away and even left complimentary drinks and starters in the apartment, including milk and other refreshments, which was such a thoughtful touch. He also took the time to tell us about what was around the area and gave us tips on what we could do in the country, which really helped us make the most of our stay. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and perfect for our trip. His hospitality truly went above and beyond—I would highly recommend staying here

Excellent option in Athens

Pros: A great location and John is an excellent host, he always was worried about our safety and making sure that we were ok.

Pros: There were six of us in the apartment (2 adults and 4 children) and we had plenty of space, including a private terrace. John, the landlord, communicated early and gave us plenty of information. He also checked in regularly to see if we needed anything else. Various tourist buses (e.g., the Big Bus) stop right next to the building, allowing you to explore the city. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Monistraki Square, Plaka, etc. We would definitely book the apartment again.

Great place to stay with plenty of usable space

Pros: John was a fabulous host. He was very responsive before and during our visit. He met us at the apartment and took us through how everything worked. We loved the size of the apartment. There is a large balcony, kitchen, living room and balcony so the four of us had plenty of space to sit and talk. We also appreciated the lovely welcome gift. We also appreciated being able to use the washing machine and the clothes drying area.

Cons: Second bathroom was very small. Only body wash in the main bathroom and hand soap in the 2nd bathroom

Pros: The place was amazing and great for big groups, the host was super nice and friendly always super helpful

Cons: There was a construction site so the sound was disturbing.

Good situated and comfortable

Pros: Very friendly landlord, good situated, near to the national archaeological museum and close to a metro station. Second bathroom probably a little bit small, but not much of a problem. Everything there, what you need.

Pros: I highly recommend. The apartment is very large, well organised and equipped,has anything you need . It is centraly located and John, the owner, is very helpful, and goodwilling.
