Nikaia Metro House

Pros: close location to the metro, host's responsiveness

We enjoyed our stay very much, it was so easy to get the metro as it was just a few minutes walk away!

Pros: I loved the location and the coziness of the apartment! There was also great air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom.

Pros: Appartment is in a nice, quiet location. We eaven make some contacts with locals which was great. Metro is 5 minutes away. Not a lot of places to eat out, but since metro is so close that is not a problem. The owner is nice and she helped us with finding location. Appartment is big enough and clean. It has a washing machine.

Cons: There was only one chair so one of us had to eat on a tabure. There was some owners personal stuff inside appartment. There was a bottle of shampoo but was empty. We would still go again.

Very enjoyable stay !

Pros: I had a wonderful stay, the host is very welcoming, helpful and every time I had to contact him, always present. The location of the property, couldn't be any better ! Quite neighborhood and everything that one might need is within a short walk distance. Super market, restaurants / delivery are all close by. Huge plus the fact that the property is literally one minute walk from the Metro which will take you straight to Athens or Piraeus. I hope I'll have the chance to stay there again !

Cons: Nothing to say, everything in the property is new and works perfectly.

Pros: Το σπίτι είναι όμορφο καθαρό και με ότι χρειάζεται για μία άνετη διαμονή. Δίπλα στο μετρό και σε μικρό μίνι μάρκετ.

Cons: Το γεγονός ότι είναι ισόγειο και δεν υπήρχαν κουρτίνες ήταν λίγο περίεργο. Επίσης η τηλεόραση έπιανε μόνο λίγα κανάλια.

On y retournera.

Pros: La décoration était bien faite, porte blindée, cuisine équipée, bon matelas, bon chassis avec moustiquaire et volets. Grande douche confortable. Airco dans salon et chambre + ventilateur. Proche des magasins et station métro qui vous amène vers les lieux touristiques en centre-ville, l’aéroport et le port.

Cons: Il n’y avait que des essuies pour une personne alors qu’on était deux.

Pros: Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ όμορφο,πεντακάθαρο,με μοντέρνα έπιπλα και διακοσμημένο με πολύ γούστο. Η γειτονιά πολύ ήσυχη και ο οικοδεσπότης εξαιρετικά διακριτικός και πρόθυμος. Σίγουρα value for money!!!

Nikaia

Pros: appartamento moderno e pulito, vicino alla metro, supermercato e servizi,bello addormentarsi con l'odore del gelsomino che arriva dalla finestra.

Cons: Davanti all'appartamento alcune delle case sono tenute male , ovviamente la proprietaria della casa non può fare nulla ,ma è veramente un peccato.
