Value for money with views.

Pros: Very spacious comfy basement flat. Fantastic views across Piraeus from rooftop. Second bathroom was on split level with bedroom which made it great for two couples to have their own spaces for mornings/evenings/overnight. Although away from Athens centre, transport links are good with a very regular bus to the metro just a two minute walk away.

Cons: Although roof is effectively allocated to apartments it's not marked and all accessed thought the one door so not completely private. Host was slow to respond over the weekend but a good communicator otherwise.

Pros: The apartment is beautiful and spacious and the host was very kind to us. The terrace has a splendid view of the sea. We had a nice time there. It's situated on top of the hill, but if you don't want to walk you can take the bus.

Nice and quiet neighbourhood that feels very safe.

Pros: The house is located in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood that feels very safe. At the same time, it is in a walking distance from the vivid part of Pireus full of restaurants (Mikrolimano). It is also close to the bus that brings you to the metro station so you can easily get to Athens. Only be aware it is almost on the top of the hill so you have to walk always down-and-up hill. But you have a great view from the terrace that belongs to the appartment. The on-line communication with the owner was great, as well as the detailed instructions he sent us before. Be sure to read them before to find the right place! We got the code to get in, it was very convenient, since we arrived late in the night. We could also leave the luggage in the hallway after the check-out till our evening departure, which we really appreciated.

Cons: Be aware that to reach the terrace you have to use the lift, and that only the part of the big common terrace is reserved for the appartment (as described in the detailed instructions) - however, the terrace is big enough and the view is really beautiful.

Pros: The apartment is comfortable, spotlessly clean, very specious and well equipped. Very good contact with the owners, they respond immediately.

Cons: We had several problems like lack of bed for a child and problems with hot water. Also access to the building is not easy unless you are a lover of stairs - stairs are everywhere around the building.

An nice apartment with a stunning view of the Aegean

Pros: The view of the beach from the balcony on the top floor is amazing. The apartment was clean and neat and had a large living room and 2 bathrooms. Very reasonably priced. Thoughtfully decorated house that looks like a nice family was living there till the previous day. It is easy to get a Taxi to the apartment when required. The metro line is at a reasonable distance and different parts of the Athens city can be easily reached.

Cons: We were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids and 2 of us had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room which was not the most comfortable particularly because we couldn't cut the lights out from the outside. We did walk around to go to the store, the beach etc but it wasn't the most easiest thing to do going up and down the hill.

Pros: Top service,very kind. Kastella and the fisherport are beautiful.

Cons: I catched the heatwave in Athen. So it was heavy for me to walk up the hill after going to the restaurants

Pros: the house is very spacious and felt like a home full of love and care which gave the house a nice atmosphere.

Cons: the balcony is not private however the neighbour had a cute dog and I didn’t find this to be an actual problem, you still can relax in peace

Pros: Quiet location, except of Friday and Saturday late evening.

Clean apartment with great views and interesting neighborhood

Pros: Apartment was clean and modern. Nice views from the external upstairs terrace, great for having a drink and enjoying the scenery. The quiet and quaint neighborhood is on a hill (prepare your leg muscles) overlooking Piraeus and Athens. Not a lot going on but you can find a supermarket and a few restaurants relatively near by, and you can always go down the hill to find the action.

Cons: We could sometimes hear sounds from the hallway of people entering / leaving the building. Kitchenware was minimal, though not a problem since we only ate out during our stay.

Friendly ,exceptionally clean and walking distance to town

Pros: Friendly very clean and close to town and restaurants.Excellent Greek hospitality. Mina The host made sure everything was great for us. Arranged hire car for us She also helped retrieve a lost wallet which was handed in to bus company , could not believe how honest the greek people are. And always baked goodies for us each morning.

Cons: Everything was great. Couldn't fault anything. Any Questions we had were answered by host. She also advised us about best beaches and tourist spots to see.
